Highlights of this Outer Banks residence include entertainment-focused common areas such as a rec room, sports bar, and home theater room, plus a backyard oasis that incorporates a private pool, hot tub, cabana with flat screen TV, and private beach walkway. Professionally decorated, Beach Treasure features contemporary furnishings and upscale appliances, and has been designed with guests' comfort in mind. Sixteen TVs are spread throughout the home, three outdoor showers rinse away the sand, and ease of access is provided by an elevator which travels between all three floors. With eight king beds, two pyramid bunks, nine full baths, and two half baths, this OBX vacation rental hosts large families and multi-generational groups with room to spare.

Centrally located at Milepost 10 in Nags Head, Beach Treasure is an easy distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, fine and casual dining options, the Nags Head Adventure Park, mini golf, piers, and historical sites. Stroll to Morning View or Front Porch for your morning brew, grab lunch at iconic Tortugas' Lie or Red Drum Tap House, sign up for surf lessons at nearby Outer Surf, and treat yourself to fro-yo at Surfin' Spoon - the area is rich with restaurants and activities! Updates for 2024: New full-size refrigerator, cabinets, granite counter, and fresh paint in the poolside cabana, fresh interior and exterior paint in select areas, new barstools in the kitchen, and new new table, chairs, and stools in the first floor rec room.

Additional Details: Free high-speed wireless internet, home theater, recreation room, DVD player, Saturday check-in, and no pets allowed. Pool open dates for 2026 are 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and for 2027 are 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027; pool heat is available for $500.00.

Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp to the front door, an elevator, and a mid-level king has a special access shared bath with roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bar. (The bedroom's balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more information.

Parking: 7 parking spaces - shared driveway with #305 Sea Castle.

TVs: All bedroom TVs offer streaming. The great room and rec room TVs offer cable.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
