Seven parking spaces, three outdoor showers, a gas grill, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March) round out the practical details of this Saturday check-in home. Please note that pets are not permitted.

Anchoring this level is a rec room, with kitchenette (full-size refrigerator, sink, icemaker, dishwasher), and sofa seating nestled around a flat screen TV, perfect for movie night. A door opens from the rec room to the private pool area, which incorporates al fresco sitting areas, chaise poolside seating, and a cabana with a flat screen TV, granite counter, and full-size fridge. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, as well as two additional open shower heads. Your very own private beach walkway leads you straight to the ocean's edge.

Four uniquely appointed bedrooms are available on the mid-level of this home, three with private baths and one with a shared bath. Three of the bedrooms have king beds, and the fourth has two built-in pyramid bunks. Delightful water views can be savored from the oceanfront king bedroom, which also has access to the east facing covered deck, which extends on to an open sun deck. The west king bedroom has access to a covered private balcony and special access shared bath. (Please note the balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) The bath opens to the hall as well as the bedroom. Central entertainment areas include a rec room and home theater room. The rec room provides a place for plenty of friendly competition, and the adjacent home theater offers a cinematic experience.

Showcasing amazing ocean views, the top floor stuns with high ceilings and a wall of east-facing windows. A modern wrap-around sofa and arm chairs surround a flat screen TV and seasonal gas fireplace, which is flanked by built-in bench seating. With stainless dual appliances and granite countertops, the well-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream (the second full-size side-by-side stainless refrigerator is located in the wet bar near the dining room table, and Keurigs are provided). A large dining room table and kitchen bar seating means that you can comfortably eat as a group. Two king bedrooms with private baths round out this floor.

Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp to the front door, an elevator, and a mid-level king has a special access shared bath with roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bar. Pool: The 30 x 16 private pool is open 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
