Four uniquely appointed bedrooms are located on the mid-level of this Carolina Designs home, three with private baths and one with a shared bath. Three bedrooms feature king beds, while the fourth offers pyramid bunks—perfect for younger guests. Spectacular water views can be enjoyed from the oceanfront king bedroom, which provides access to an east-facing covered deck that extends to an open sun deck. The west king bedroom features access to a covered private balcony and special access shared bath. (Please note the balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) This bath opens to both the hallway and bedroom for convenience. Central entertainment areas include a recreation room and dedicated home theater room. The rec room houses a pool table for friendly competition, while the home theater offers three tiered sofas for an authentic cinematic experience.

Showcasing breathtaking ocean views, the top floor of this Outer Banks vacation rental features soaring high ceilings and a dramatic wall of east-facing windows. A modern wrap-around sofa and arm chairs surround a flat screen TV and seasonal gas fireplace (October-March), flanked by built-in bench seating. The well-appointed kitchen serves as a chef's dream with stainless steel dual appliances and granite countertops—a second full-size side-by-side stainless refrigerator is conveniently located near the dining area. A large dining room table combined with kitchen bar seating ensures the entire group can dine together comfortably. Discover tranquility in the secluded sunset sitting area on the west end of the common areas. Two additional king bedrooms with private baths complete this spectacular upper level.
Updates for 2024: New full-size refrigerator, cabinets, granite counter, and fresh paint in the poolside cabana, fresh interior and exterior paint in select areas, new barstools in the kitchen, and new table, chairs, and stools in the first floor rec room.
Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp to the front door, an elevator, and a mid-level king has a special access shared bath with roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bar. (The bedroom's balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more information.

TVs: All bedroom TVs offer streaming. The great room and rec room TVs offer cable.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
