All nine bedrooms have en suite baths, and 14 TVs are spread throughout the home along with free high-speed wireless internet.
The Milepost 10 location places you within easy reach of delicious restaurants, fishing piers, and Jockey's Ridge State Park, the tallest natural sand dune system on the East Coast.

The outdoor area at The Lightship offers multiple places to lounge. Catch some rays in a chaise, play a game of cornhole, or relax in the shaded cabana with drink ledge and bar stools. The hot tub is tucked beneath a pergola, an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach, and the gas grill is ready for a cookout beside the pool. Right inside sliding doors from the pool area is the rec room, a hub of entertainment for the whole group. Doors lead from the rec room to the home theater. Bedding on this level includes one king bedroom, and another with a twin bunk and a pyramid bunk. Both bedrooms have private baths with a shower/tub.

When you arrive upstairs, you will be captivated by the wall of windows that frame beautiful ocean views. The great room features a sectional situated around a flat screen TV and seasonal gas fireplace. The dining area and kitchen offer plenty of room for group gatherings. The two kings on this level each have private baths with double vanities and custom tile showers.
Good to Know: The Lightship is an oceanfront home with an elevator, seven parking spaces, and Saturday check-in. No pets allowed. Seasonal fireplace available October through March.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. 2026 pool open 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027; pool heat cost is $600.00 for each season.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, sand accumulation can cover the beach walkway and dune-top deck.
