Sliding glass doors open from the rec room to a covered deck with walkway access and stairs leading to the pool area below.
Four king bedrooms occupy this level, with three featuring private bathrooms and one offering a shared special access bathroom accessible from both the hallway and bedroom. All four bathrooms include walk-in showers for convenience. Two king bedrooms provide direct deck access for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Additional laundry facilities are positioned on this floor for guest convenience.

The great room features a sectional sofa, armchairs, two built-in benches, and a large flatscreen TV mounted above a seasonal fireplace for cozy evenings. The formal dining area houses a long dining table with seating for large groups, positioned strategically near sliding glass doors for unforgettable oceanfront dining experiences. A wet bar in the dining area includes a sink, refrigerator, standard coffee maker, and Keurig for convenient beverage service.
The gourmet kitchen sits centrally between the great room and sitting area, fully equipped with a refrigerator, double wall oven, two dishwashers, gas range, and microwave to effortlessly serve large vacation groups. A spacious island with seating encourages culinary conversations and casual dining. The western sitting area offers four armchairs arranged around a central coffee table, with sliding glass door access to a sheltered deck featuring outdoor seating. Two king bedrooms complete this level, both including private bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Updates for 2025: New great room furniture, the great room fireplace was redone, fresh interior paint throughout, new AV equipment including a Sonos speaker system on the top floor deck, new screen and stereo equipment in the theater room.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Special Access Amenities: First floor shared bathroom has a low barrier shower with seat and grab bar as well as a roll under sink. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
