Ground floor sleeping accommodations include two king bedrooms with private baths, plus the pyramid bunk bedroom with private bath. Convenient laundry facilities complete this level.
Please note the stormwater pipe visible in gallery photos - the town recommends not swimming within 200 feet of the pipe.

The expansive dining area features a long table accommodating large groups, positioned near sliding glass doors for unforgettable mealtime ocean views.
A wet bar in the dining area provides convenient beverage service. The gourmet kitchen, strategically located between great room and sitting area, is perfectly equipped for feeding vacation groups. The long kitchen island with seating encourages conversation during meal preparation.
The west-end sitting area provides four armchairs around a central coffee table, with sliding glass door access to a sheltered deck featuring outdoor seating. Two additional king bedrooms on this level each include private baths for ultimate convenience.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: Available for guest use.
Special Access Amenities: First floor shared bathroom has a low barrier shower with seat and grab bar as well as a roll under sink. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
