Enter the ground floor of this home via a covered carport entrance. Three king suites are available on this level, all with private baths, and the poolside king bedroom has large windows that overlook the outdoor area. A rec room provides a kitchenette, plus cozy sofa seating around a large mounted TV. Doors open from the rec room to the backyard, which offers an incredible array of outdoor amenities. Lounge poolside on new loungers, soak your worries away in the hot tub, or find some shade under the covered cabana. Stairs lead up and over the dunes to the water's edge via a walkway shared with the house next door. Each home has its own private dune top gazebo. There is a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower, as well as two additional open shower heads, so sandy feet and salty swimsuits are easily handled before anyone heads back inside.

The middle level is anchored by entertainment-focused common areas. The rec room offers a game table, and an adjacent home theater room is ready for spectacular movie nights. Bedding on the first floor includes three king bedrooms, two with private baths and one with a shared bath. The oceanside king has covered deck access, leading beyond to the open sun deck. The westside king has balcony access of its own, as well as a special access shared bath. (Please note the balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) The bath opens to the hallway as well as the bedroom. A fourth suite is comprised of two built-in pyramid bunks with a private bath, a favorite with kids and teens.

Showcasing ocean views, the top floor is modern and open. The living area features a sleek sectional sofa and arm chairs situated around a large mounted TV, with a seasonal fireplace (October through March) for cooler-weather stays. Accordion folding doors open completely to the covered deck from the living area, creating an open feel where you can soak in north-to-south water views. The adjacent dining area offers ample seating, and a fully-stocked galley kitchen features stainless appliances, a gas range cooktop, a Keurig, and a regular coffee maker. The opposite side of the kitchen, set away from the action, leads to a west-facing covered deck with table and chairs for sunset views over the sound side. Two king suites round out the top floor.

Pool Season: The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026, and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027. Pool heat is available for $500.00 in both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
Updates for 2026: New grills, new poolside loungers, new bedding, new theater TV, landscaping updates, and freshly stained decks.
Updates for 2024: New gas range cooktop in the kitchen and fresh exterior paint. Additional updates include a new table and chairs on the second floor deck and a new surfboard bar and chairs in the cabana.
Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/03/26 - 09/20/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/02/2027 - 09/19/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Special Access Amenities: There is an elevator and a special access bath in one of the mid-level king bedrooms (grab bar; the bedroom's balcony is not wheelchair-accessible). Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: Cable streaming is provided through Silicon Travel. Guests are welcome to log into their own accounts to stream services such as Netflix and Hulu. A DVD player is also available.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Security Cameras: This property has two cameras installed on the front of the house facing the driveway.
