Boasting nine bedrooms, this professionally decorated home is designed to host a large gathering or family reunion, and features an elevator, rec rooms, home theater, private pool with cabana, hot tub, sun deck, and beach walkway (shared with the home next door, and each home has its own gazebo). Your family will love the inviting furnishings, high-end finishes, and Smart TVs throughout, as well as the proximity to both the ocean and fun Outer Banks activities. With eight king beds, two pyramid bunks, nine full baths, and two half baths, there is room for everyone to gather together and retreat in comfort.

Enter the ground floor of this home via a covered carport entrance. Three king suites are available on this level, all with private baths. The poolside king bedroom has large windows that overlook the outdoor area. A rec room provides cozy sofa seating around a large mounted Smart TV. Doors open from the rec room to the backyard, which offers an incredible array of outdoor amenities. Lounge poolside beside the 30 x 16 private pool, soak your worries away in the hot tub, or find some shade under the covered cabana with sitting area and Smart TV. Stairs lead up and over the dunes to the water's edge via a walkway shared with the house next door.
Each home has its own private dune top gazebo. There is a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower, as well as two additional open shower heads.

The middle level is anchored by entertainment-focused common areas. The rec room offers a game table, and an adjacent home theater room is perfect for spectacular movie nights. Bedding on the first floor includes three king bedrooms, two with private baths and one with a shared bath. The oceanside king has covered deck access, leading beyond to the open sun deck. The westside king has balcony access of its own, as well as a special access shared bath with shower seat. (Please note the balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) The bath opens to the hallway as well as the bedroom. A fourth suite is comprised of two built-in pyramid bunks with a private bath.

Showcasing ocean views, the top floor is modern and open. The living area features a sleek sectional sofa and arm chairs situated around a large mounted Smart TV. Accordion folding doors open completely to the covered deck from the living area, creating an open feel where you can soak in north-to-south water views. The adjacent dining area offers ample seating, and a fully-stocked galley kitchen features stainless appliances, Keurig, and a regular coffee maker. A poker table is located on the opposite side of the kitchen, set away from the action, and leads to a west-facing covered deck. Two king suites round out the top floor.

Good to Know: This oceanfront Nags Head home offers seven parking spaces, an EV charger, free high-speed wireless internet, 13 TVs, a DVD player, a seasonal fireplace (October through March), and Sunday check-in. No pets allowed. The private pool is open 4/5/2026 through 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.
Seasonal Cabana Service: This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay, weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Special Access Amenities: There is an elevator and a special access bath in one of the mid-level king bedrooms (shower seat, the bedroom's balcony is not wheelchair-accessible). Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
TVs: All TVs are Smart TVs with cable streaming provided. Guests are welcome to log into their own accounts to stream services such as Netflix and Hulu.
EV Charger: A payment is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Security Cameras: This property has two cameras installed on the front of the house facing the driveway.
