Boasting nine bedrooms and nine full baths plus two half baths, this professionally decorated home is designed to host a large gathering or family reunion, and features an elevator, a rec room, a home theater, a private pool with cabana, a hot tub, a sun deck, and a beach walkway (shared with the home next door, each home has its own gazebo). Your family will love the inviting furnishings, high-end finishes, and 13 TVs throughout, as well as the proximity to both the ocean and fun Outer Banks activities. With seven parking spaces, an EV charger on site, and Sunday check-in, this OBX vacation rental makes arriving with a crowd simple.

Free high-speed wireless internet is provided throughout this Nags Head home, and please note that no pets are allowed.

Updates for 2026: New grills, new poolside loungers, new bedding, landscaping updates, and freshly stained decks.

Updates for 2024: New gas range cooktop in the kitchen and fresh exterior paint. Additional updates include a new table and chairs on the second floor deck and a new surfboard bar and chairs in the cabana.

Seasonal Cabana Service: This home receives complimentary seasonal beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay.

Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp to the front door, an elevator, and a special access bath in one of the mid-level king bedrooms (low-barrier shower, shower seat, grab bar, slanted/roll-under sink - the bedroom's balcony is not wheelchair-accessible). Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Pool: The private pool is open 4/5/2026 - 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 - 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

TVs: Cable streaming is provided through Silicon Travel. Guests are welcome to log into their own accounts to stream services such as Netflix and Hulu.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
