Overview

Designed to impress, Sea Castle is a nine bedroom home on the ocean's edge in Nags Head. Professionally designed in modern tones and textiles, outfitted with quality appliances and electronics, this seaside retreat is sure to be the backdrop for lasting vacation memories. Easy summertime living is found in the outdoor area, which offers a private pool, hot tub, poolside cabana with outdoor seating, an elevated sun deck, and private beach boardwalk. Inside, three levels of living space incorporate two rec rooms, a theater, and nine bedrooms with private baths. Bedding includes eight kings and a bunk room with two pyramid bunks, supported by nine full baths and two half baths. Ease of access is provided by an elevator which travels between all three floors, and free high-speed wireless internet, 15 TVs, and a seasonal gas fireplace (October through March) keep every corner of the home comfortable. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Centrally located at Milepost 10 in Nags Head, Sea Castle is an easy distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, fine and casual dining options, the Nags Head Adventure Park, mini golf, piers, and historical sites. Stroll to Morning View or Front Porch for your morning brew, grab lunch at iconic Tortugas' Lie or Red Drum Tap House, sign up for surf lessons at nearby Outer Surf, and treat yourself to fro-yo at Surfin' Spoon - the area is rich with restaurants and activities! Venture a little farther for Jockey's Ridge State Park, the tallest natural sand dune system on the East Coast, the trails of Nags Head Woods Ecological Preserve, or a drive to historic Roanoke Island and the NC Aquarium.

Special Access Amenities: There is an elevator and a special access shared bath in one of the mid-level kings (roll-under sink, shower seat and grab bar - the bedroom's balcony is not wheelchair-accessible). Parking: 7 parking spaces.

Pool: The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
