Centrally located at Milepost 10 in Nags Head, Sea Castle is an easy distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, fine and casual dining options, the Nags Head Adventure park, mini golf, piers, and historical sites. Stroll to Morning View coffee or Front Porch for your morning brew, grab lunch at iconic Tortuga's Lie or Red Drum Tap House, rent a board or sign up for surf lessons at nearby Farmdog's Surf school, and treat yourself to fro-yo at Surfin' Spoon - the area is rich with restaurants and activities!

Enter the ground floor of this home via a covered carport entrance. Three king bedrooms are available on this level, all with private baths. The poolside king has large windows that overlook the outdoor area. A rec room provides shuffleboard, a kitchenette with full refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker, microwave, and sink, and cozy sofa seating around a large mounted flat screen. Sliding glass doors open from the rec room to the backyard, which offers an incredible array of outdoor amenities. Lounge poolside, soak your worries away in the hot tub, or find some shade under the covered cabana. Stairs lead up and over the dunes to the water's edge via a private beach walkway.
There is an enclosed outdoor shower, as well as two additional open shower heads.

The mid-level is anchored by entertainment-focused common areas. The sports bar offers a pool table and game table, and an adjacent high performance home theater room features tiered seating and a large flat screen for spectacular movie nights. A half accordion wall open between the theater and sports bar to join the two areas. Bedding on the first floor includes three king bedrooms, two with private baths and one with a shared bath. The oceanside king bedroom has covered deck access, leading beyond to the open sun deck. The westside king bedroom has balcony access of its own, as well as a special access bath with a shower seat and grab bar, and a roll under sink. (Please note the balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) The bath opens to the hallway as well as the bedroom. A fourth bedroom is comprised of two built-in pyramid bunks.

Showcasing ocean views, the top floor is modern and open. The living area features a sleek sectional sofa and arm chairs situated around a large mounted flat screen TV and seasonal gas fireplace. Accordion folding doors open completely to the covered deck from the living area, creating an open feel where you can soak in north-to-south water views. The adjacent dining area offers ample seating, and a fully-stocked galley kitchen features stainless appliances. A sunset sitting area on the opposite side of the kitchen is set away from the action, and leads to a west-facing covered deck. Two king bedrooms with private baths round out the top floor.

Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/04/2024 - 09/21/2024. Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/03/2025 - 09/20/2025. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp to the front door, an elevator, and a special access bath in one of the mid-level kings (roll-under sink, shower seat and grab bar - the bedroom's balcony is not wheelchair-accessible). Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Parking: Seven parking spaces - shared driveway with #306 Beach Treasure.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
