Inside, a top floor rec room with pool table and media area creates a fun hangout for family tournaments or movie nights, while nine bedrooms with private baths give everyone a comfortable place to relax at the end of epic beach days. An elevator, 12 TVs, and modern design elements make this Outer Banks retreat shine. With seven kings, two twins, and two twin bunks, plus two dogs welcome with fee and eight parking spaces, this home is built for large group travel.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees. 2026 pool open dates: 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026, pool heat cost $500.00. 2027 pool open dates: 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, pool heat cost $500.00.
