Easy access to the beach and elevated ocean views are highlights of this semi-oceanfront home, and a convenient community beach access is located just across the street, two lots north at Asheville Street.

The unique design of this home includes four levels of living space, making room for an expansive outdoor area that includes a semi-covered private pool and spacious lawn that is perfect for yard games! Inside, a top floor rec room and media area provides a fun hang out for family games or movie nights, and nine bedrooms with private baths provide a comfortable place to relax at the end of epic vacation days. An elevator, Smart TVs throughout, and modern design elements make this home shine.

Sleeping arrangements include seven kings, two twins, and two twin bunks, with nine full baths and two half baths spread across the home. Eight parking spaces, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, free high-speed wireless internet, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March) round out the comforts, and two dogs are welcome with an additional fee. Check-in is on Saturday.

Pool: The 22 x 12 private pool is heated by heat pump. Pool heat is available for $500.00. The pool is open 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027.

Special Access Amenities: One second floor king bedroom has a special access bath. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.

TVs: This home offers 12 TVs and two DVD players. All bedroom TVs offer streaming. The great room and rec room TVs offer cable.
