Pirates Treasure is a semi-oceanfront vacation home located in the Whalehead neighborhood in the heart of Corolla, offering a blend of upscale comfort and endless entertainment. From the rooftop deck, take in the beautiful view of the ocean and catch a glimpse of the iconic Corolla Lighthouse, a picture-perfect backdrop for your Outer Banks escape. The great room welcomes you with soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and comfortable seating, creating a warm and inviting space to gather. A well-equipped kitchen makes group meals a breeze. A sun deck and an east-facing deck on the top floor provide the ideal spots to enjoy the fresh ocean air and dreamy sunrises. The middle level is designed for relaxation, with a cozy media den and five private bedroom suites, each with a private bath and smart TV. On the ground level, fun awaits with a rec room featuring a pool table, foosball, arcade game, and kitchenette, plus a private theater for epic movie nights. Step outside to an incredible outdoor oasis with a 30' x 14' private pool, hot tub, sand volleyball area, and basketball hoop. The poolside cabana makes outdoor dining effortless. With nine bedrooms and nine private baths, three half baths, an elevator serving every level, 14 TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, and parking for 11 vehicles, this Outer Banks retreat is a great destination for an unforgettable vacation! Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, and this home offers Saturday check-in.

The Corolla Setting

Corolla sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks and is known for wide beaches of finely textured sand, clean rolling surf, and quiet neighborhoods lined with upscale vacation homes. Nearby you will find the historic Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park and the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast. Spend your days searching for the wild Spanish mustangs on a guided beach tour, booking a kayak trip or surf lesson, renting jet skis, or playing a round of golf. Grocery stores, surf shops, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and gift shops are close at hand in local shopping centers such as Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees. 2026 Pool Open: 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026, pool heat cost $500.00. 2027 Pool Open: 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, pool heat cost $500.00.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
