The ground floor provides two private sleeping accommodations including one oceanside king suite with generous windows that overlook the pool area, a flat screen TV, and direct deck access, and one delightful double bunk suite with private bath and flat screen TV. Enjoy the ultimate movie viewing experience in the vibrant private home theater appointed with theater-style rocking seats, an extra long sofa, rear bar with seating for five, a projection screen, and surround sound. The recreation lounge is perfectly equipped for rousing competition and provides ceramic slate tile flooring, a sink, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, and a media area with four arm chairs arranged around a 55" flat screen TV with an Xbox. A half bath and laundry facility with one stackable washer and dryer unit are available on this level.
A door leads from the recreation lounge to the outdoor amenities where the fun continues! Guests are treated to a covered deck with Trex decking and seating, plus a polywood picnic table, chairs, and a bench. The oceanfront custom heated pool measures 28 by 14 feet and includes a wet deck and a mother's bench, and it is surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs. Additional amenities include a hot tub, gas grill, and an open outdoor shower. Trips to and from the beach are easy with use of the community beach boardwalk located right beside this home and accessible from the fenced back yard.

The first floor is exclusively dedicated to five private suites. Three charming oceanside suites are available on this level, all with ocean views and direct access to the covered oceanfront deck with Trex decking and outdoor furniture. Two are furnished with king size beds, and one provides an oceanfront sitting area, custom tile shower with rain shower head, and dual sink vanity. The third is a special access friendly queen bedroom with custom tile roll-in shower with fold down bench and grab bars and a roll under sink. There are two additional west-facing king suites on this floor, one providing access to a private covered deck with seating and the second providing a custom tile shower. A covered front entry porch, foyer, and laundry facility with one stackable washer/dryer unit are also available on this floor.

This second level features an expansive great room with sweeping ocean views from generous banks of windows to the east and south, cypress tongue and groove ceilings, distinctive hardwood flooring, and plush rugs. Two sofas and two arm chairs are arranged around a seasonal gas fireplace (available October through March) and a mounted flat screen TV. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a custom natural edge dining table. The elongated dining table offers seating for guests, and saddle chairs are positioned under a wall mounted bar ledge, a favorite spot for taking in the ocean. A sun deck with Trex decking runs the length of the home and has seating to enjoy enhanced ocean views and refreshing coastal breezes.
The modern gourmet kitchen features elegant custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, a custom kitchen island with a built-in wine cooler and microwave, and bar seating for three. It is well equipped for large meal preparations providing a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a gas range, double ovens, a microwave drawer, and plenty of counter space and storage. A highchair is on hand for the youngest guests. Two private king suites complete this level, one is oceanfront with ocean views, an oceanfront sitting area, direct sun deck access, and a private bath with a custom tile shower with a rain shower head and dual sink vanity. The west facing king bedroom provides a private bath with a custom tile shower. A half bath is conveniently located on the landing between the first and second floors.
Pool: The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 through 10/25/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $300.00.
Special Access Amenities: This home provides an elevator. The mid level queen has roll-under sink and low-barrier shower with shower seat and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool.
Corolla and the Outer Banks: Known as the "gold coast" of Currituck County, Corolla is celebrated for wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf. Visit the Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park, climb the 1875 Currituck Beach Lighthouse, take a guided tour in search of the wild horses, or shop and dine at Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center.
