Every bedroom has a private bath and a mounted flat screen TV, and an elevator makes moving between levels easy for everyone in your group.
Sleeping arrangements include seven kings, one queen, and one double bunk, complemented by nine full baths and two half baths. Outside, a 28 x 14 private pool anchors the oceanfront yard alongside a hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor shower, while seven parking spaces keep arrivals stress free. Indoors, 14 TVs, two DVD players, a home theater, a recreation room, free high-speed wireless internet, a highchair, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March) round out the comforts. Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, and this home features a Sunday check-in.
Located in Section O of Ocean Sands, the community provides guest access to community amenities including community pool access and outdoor tennis courts. The home sits minutes from the semi-private 18-hole championship golf course, and guests also enjoy discounted golf fees. Ocean Sands offers easy access to grocery stores, local boutiques, casual and fine dining, and the historic and recreational attractions that make Corolla such a rewarding place to vacation.

The ground floor provides two private sleeping accommodations, including one oceanside king suite with generous windows that overlook the pool area, a flat screen TV, and direct deck access, plus one delightful double bunk suite with a private bath and flat screen TV. Enjoy the ultimate movie viewing experience in the vibrant private home theater appointed with five theater-style rocking seats, an extra long sofa, a rear bar with seating for five, a projection screen, and surround sound. The recreation lounge is perfectly equipped for rousing competition and features ceramic slate tile flooring, a wet bar with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and ice maker, and a media area with four arm chairs arranged around a 55" flat screen TV. A half bath and a laundry facility with one stackable washer and dryer unit are available on this level.
A door leads from the recreation lounge to the outdoor amenities, where the fun continues. Guests are treated to a covered deck with Trex decking and seating. The oceanfront custom heated pool includes a wet deck and a mother's bench and is surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs. Additional amenities include a hot tub, gas grill, outdoor sound system, and an open outdoor shower.

The first floor is exclusively dedicated to five private suites. Three charming oceanside suites are available on this level, all with ocean views and direct access to the covered oceanfront deck with Trex decking and outdoor furniture. Two are furnished with king size beds, and one of those provides an oceanfront sitting area, a custom tile shower with rain shower head, and a dual sink vanity. The third is a special access friendly queen bedroom with a custom tile roll-in shower with fold down bench and grab bars, plus a roll under sink. There are two additional west-facing king suites on this floor, one with access to a private covered deck with seating and the second with a custom tile shower. A covered front entry porch, foyer, and laundry facility with one stackable washer and dryer unit are also available on this floor.

This second level features an expansive great room with sweeping ocean views through generous banks of windows to the east and south, cypress tongue and groove ceilings, distinctive hardwood flooring, and plush rugs. Two sofas and two arm chairs are arranged around a seasonal gas fireplace and a mounted flat screen TV. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a custom natural edge dining table. The elongated dining table offers seating for guests, and saddle chairs are positioned under a wall mounted bar ledge, a favorite perch for taking in ocean views. A sun deck with Trex decking runs the length of the home and has seating for enjoying enhanced ocean views and refreshing coastal breezes.
The modern gourmet kitchen features elegant custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a custom kitchen island with a built-in wine cooler and microwave plus bar seating for three. It is well equipped for large meal preparations, providing two full refrigerators with ice makers, two dishwashers, a 6-burner gas range, double ovens, a microwave drawer, a Keurig, and plenty of counter space and storage. Two private king suites complete this level. One is oceanfront with ocean views, an oceanfront sitting area, direct sun deck access, and a private bath with a custom tile shower with a rain shower head and dual sink vanity. The west facing king bedroom provides a private bath with a custom tile shower. A half bath is conveniently located on the landing between the first and second floors.
Pool: The 28 x 14 private pool is open 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with optional pool heat available for $300.00.
Special Access Amenities: This home provides an elevator. The mid level queen has a roll-under sink and low-barrier shower with shower seat and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool.
