This home also offers an elevator, as well as a backyard with private pool, hot tub, covered cabana, sun deck, and beach walkway (shared with home next door, each home has its own gazebo).
Centrally located in Nags Head, Coastal Harmony is an easy distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, fine and casual dining options, the Nags Head Adventure park, mini golf, piers, and historical sites. You're just a few blocks from a major grocery store (Food Lion), as well as multiple coffee shops (Front Porch and Morning View), a surf shop that offers lessons and board rentals (Farmdog Surf School), and great restaurants. Try Red Drum Tap House or Tortugas Lie on the Beach Road for amazing seafood, Single Fin for sushi, Food Dudes for casual sandwiches & wraps, or Surfin' Spoon for frozen yogurt. These are just a few of the great options nearby. Historic "Gallery Row" is walking distance, and features iconic Outer Banks art galleries. Jockey's Ridge State Park, Jennette's Pier, Bodie Island Lighthouse, and the Wright Brother's Memorial are only a few miles in either direction.

Three tranquil king bedrooms with private baths offer bedding options on the lower level of this home. Anchoring this level is a rec room, with shuffle board, kitchenette (full refrigerator, sink, microwave, icemaker, dishwasher), and sofa seating nestled around a flat sreen TV, perfect for movie night. A adjacent kids room offers a hang out area for young ones, and offers two arcade games!
A door opens from the rec room to the private pool area, which incorporates al fresco sitting areas, chaise poolside seating, a grill area, covered cabana with a flat sreen TV, and cornhole. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, as well as two additional open shower heads. A beach walkway shared with the home next door leads you straight to the ocean's edge - relax on the covered dunetop gazebo and enjoy one of the best views on the Outer Banks!

Four uniquely appointed bedrooms are available on the mid-level of this home, three with private baths and one with a shared bath. Three of the bedrooms have king beds (one of these bedrooms has a special acess bath with shower seat & roll under sink), and the fourth has two built-in pyramid bunks (this bath has a tub, all of the other rooms have showers). Delightful water views can be savored from the oceanfront king bedroom, which also has access to the east facing covered deck, which extends on to an open sun porch. The west king bedroom has access to a covered private balcony and special access bath. (Please note the balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) The bath opens to the hallway as well as the bedroom.
Central entertainment areas include a sports bar and home theater room. The sports bar offers a pool table and game table, and an adjacent high performance home theater room features tiered seating and a large flat screen for spectacular movie nights. A half accordion wall open between the theater and sports bar to join the two areas.

Showcasing amazing ocean views, the top floor stuns with high ceilings and a wall of east-facing windows. A modern wrap-around sofa and armchairs surround a flatscreen TV and seasonal gas fireplace, which is flanked by built-in bench seating. With stainless dual appliances and granite countertops, the well-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream (the second full side-by-side stainless refrigerator is located in the wet bar near the dining room table). A large dining room table and kitchen bar seating means that you can comfortably eat as a group. Find some quiet in the secluded sunset sitting area on the west end of the common areas. Two king bedrooms with private baths round out this floor.

Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/05/2024 - 09/22/2024. Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/04/25 - 09/21/25. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp along the north side of the home, and a mid-level king has a bath with roll under sink and shower with seat and grab bar. (The bedroom's balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
