Multiple levels of ocean views, a waterview great room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, two rec rooms, and a high-performance home theater give every member of your group a place to gather or unwind. Nine bedrooms (eight with private baths) include eight kings and a bunk room with two pyramid bunks, served by nine full baths and two half baths. An elevator connects all three levels, and the backyard is an oceanfront playground with a 30 x 16 private pool, hot tub, covered cabana, and beach walkway. Additional comforts include 14 TVs, a DVD player, a highchair, free high-speed wireless internet, a gas grill, three outdoor showers, seven parking spaces, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March). Please note this home has a Sunday check-in and no pets are allowed.
Centrally located in Nags Head, Coastal Harmony is an easy distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, fine and casual dining options, the Nags Head Adventure Park, mini golf, piers, and historical sites.

Three tranquil king bedrooms with private baths offer restful bedding options on the lower level of this home. Anchoring this level is a rec room with sofa seating nestled around a flat screen TV, perfect for movie night. An adjacent office offers a quiet place to catch up on work or enjoy a book away from the rec room, and laundry is conveniently located on this floor.
A door opens from the rec room to the private pool area, which incorporates al fresco sitting areas, chaise poolside seating, a grill area, a covered cabana with a flat screen TV, and cornhole. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, as well as two additional open shower heads for rinsing off after a day in the surf. A beach walkway leads you straight to the ocean's edge; enjoy one of the best views on the Outer Banks!

Four uniquely appointed bedrooms are available on the mid-level of this home, three with private baths and one with a shared bath. Three of the bedrooms have king beds (one of these bedrooms has a special access shared bath with roll under sink and shower with seat and grab bar), and the fourth has two built-in pyramid bunks, making it a favorite with younger guests (this bath has a tub, all of the other rooms have showers). Delightful water views can be savored from the oceanfront king bedroom, which also has access to the east facing covered deck. The west king bedroom has access to a covered private balcony and the special access shared bath. (Please note the balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) The bath opens to the hallway as well as the bedroom.
Central entertainment areas include a rec room and home theater room. The rec room offers a game table. An adjacent high-performance home theater room is ideal for spectacular movie nights with the whole group.

Showcasing amazing ocean views, the top floor stuns with high ceilings and a wall of east-facing windows. A modern wrap-around sofa and armchairs surround a flatscreen TV and seasonal fireplace, which is flanked by built-in bench seating. With stainless dual appliances, a Keurig, and granite countertops, the well-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream (the second full side-by-side stainless refrigerator is located in the wet bar near the dining room table). A large dining room table and kitchen bar seating means that you can comfortably eat as a group, whether it is a sunrise breakfast or a fresh-caught seafood dinner. Find some quiet in the secluded sunset sitting area on the west end of the common areas. Two king bedrooms with private baths round out this floor.

Special Access Amenities: A mid-level king has a shared bath with roll-under sink and shower with seat and grab bar. (The bedroom's balcony is not wheelchair-accessible.) Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Pool: 2026 pool dates are 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 2027 pool dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
