The middle floor is dedicated to bedding accommodations. There are five king bedrooms and a bunk room, each with a private bath. Four of the six bedrooms offer direct deck access. All the king bedrooms have bathrooms with walk-in showers (one has special access amenities). The bathroom in the bunk room has a shower/tub. There is a covered deck on both the east and west sides of the house. Laundry facilities are available on this level.

The great room, kitchen, and dining area are front and center as you make your way to the top floor. Large picture windows allow natural light and views of the Currituck Sound to frame the room. The great room is furnished with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. The dining area has a large table with seating for many, a wet bar, and a nearby sliding glass door that leads out to the top floor open deck that overlooks the pool area and onto the Sound. The kitchen is equipped to make mealtime something for all to enjoy. Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a large island are just a few of the features that make this kitchen one that you'll look forward to cooking in! Two king bedrooms round out the top floor. Both offer private baths with double sink vanities, walk-in showers, and Smart TVs in the rooms. The west bedroom has direct deck access to the deck. EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Golf Cart: Two street-legal golf carts are available for guest use. Only licensed drivers can operate the golf carts. To obtain the keys to the golf carts, a signed waiver is required. Please contact our office for more information.
Special Access Amenities: Access ramp to home, and all floors are accessible by elevator. A first floor king bathroom has a roll-under sink, and a shower seat and grab bar. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
