This Carolina Designs home in Corolla's Monteray Shores also offers an elevator to all three levels, a 31 x 14 private pool, and a poolside hot tub. Spanning more than 5,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space across three levels, this soundfront Outer Banks retreat pairs wide water views with covered decks on every floor, a rec room with a pool table, and nine parking spaces for the whole group. Lounge by the pool with the sound shimmering behind you, cast a line or launch a kayak from the private walkway, and still be only a short distance from the wide, rolling surf of the Corolla beach.

Nine bedrooms, nine full baths, and two half baths mean no one in your party has to wait a turn, and the elevator makes moving luggage, groceries, and beach gear between levels effortless. Bedding includes seven kings, two queens, and two twin bunks, and ten TVs are spread throughout the home. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected, while the gas grill and outdoor shower handle the essentials of beach living.

This OBX vacation rental is located in the Monteray Shores community, which offers community pool access and community tennis. Turtle Time is a no pets home with Sunday check-in.

Pool: The 31.0 x 14.0 private pool is open 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027. Pool heat is available for $550.00. Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
