Spanning more than 5,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space across three levels, Turtle Time is built for the kind of large gathering where everyone still gets their own space. Covered decks wrap each level, and the pool deck below takes in serene sound views. Nine bedrooms with nine private baths, plus two additional half baths, mean no one is waiting in line before dinner.

Inside, ten TVs, free high-speed wireless internet, and a rec room with a pool table keep the group entertained when you are not on the water. Outside, the private pool, a large poolside hot tub, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower turn the backyard into the center of the vacation. Nine parking spaces and an on-site EV charger make arrival easy for a crowd, and an elevator serves every floor.

The spectacular Corolla beach is only a short distance away. You are also less than five minutes by car from the grocery store, shopping, and the local restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and eateries that make this stretch of the Outer Banks so easy to settle into.

This OBX vacation rental sits within the Monteray Shores community, which adds several amenities to your stay. Monteray Shores community amenities include a swimming pool and tennis courts. Please note that this is a Sunday check-in home and no pets are allowed.

Pool: 2026 pool open dates are 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027. Pool heat cost is $550.00 for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
