The ground floor rec room has a shuffleboard table, a sectional sofa, and a TV, perfect for a lazy afternoon. The middle floor is built for family fun, with a theater for movie nights and a rec room with a pool table for a little friendly competition. Upstairs, an open-concept living space includes a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious dining area, an ocean view great room, and a cozy sunset sitting area. With decks facing both east and west, you can enjoy sunrise and sunset views each day.

Step outside to your private oceanfront oasis, featuring a large pool (which can be heated) with a tanning ledge and a poolside cabana complete with an outdoor TV. For added relaxation, there's a sheltered hot tub as well as outdoor dining areas and a gas grill for dining al fresco. Nine parking spaces make arrival easy for a crowd, and please note this is a non-smoking, no pets home with Saturday check-in. Perfect for large families or groups, this home's thoughtful design and amenities create the ultimate Outer Banks retreat, just steps from the sand in the heart of Nags Head near Jockey's Ridge State Park, Nags Head Woods Ecological Preserve, oceanfront piers, shops, and restaurants.

Amenities & Details

Sleeping accommodations include eight kings and two pyramid bunks, served by nine full baths and two half baths. Additional comforts include 14 TVs, a home theater, a recreation room, an elevator, free high-speed wireless internet, and nine parking spaces. Outdoors, guests enjoy the 30 x 16 private pool, cabana, hot tub, gas grill, and four outdoor showers.

Pool: The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $500.00 in both the 2026 and 2027 seasons. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
