The wet bar is located in the hallway, making it easy for anyone to access, with a sink and under-counter beverage cooler for snack and drink storage. There are two king bedrooms, both with Smart TVs and private baths with walk-in showers. The bunk room offers two built-in pyramid bunks, a Smart TV, and a private bath with a shower/tub. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV, and a special access bathroom that is accessible from the bedroom as well as the hallway. The king bedrooms on the east and west ends of this level and the rec room have sliding glass doors that lead out to a deck. Laundry facilities are available on this level.

The top floor spans the entire length of the house and offers an open floor plan that includes the great room, dining area, kitchen, and a sunset sitting area. Sliding glass doors lead out to the east and west decks, so whether your preference is to watch the sun rise or set, you can do both. The great room has a seasonal gas fireplace, available October through March, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a double wall oven, a range, a microwave, two dishwashers, and a double sink. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which has a wet bar with a second full-sized refrigerator and a sink. Two king bedrooms round out the top floor, both with Smart TVs and a private bath with walk-in showers. A half bath serves this level as well.

Pool: The 30.0 x 16.0 private pool is open 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $500.00 and the pool is heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Special Access Amenities: Access ramp to home, and all floors are accessible by elevator. Shared bathroom on first floor has roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
