Back at the house, good times abound in the ground floor recreation room equipped with a regulation size pool table, TV, and seating. Bedding options include a queen bedroom that shares a full bathroom with those in the rec room. There is a second bedroom furnished with two twin bunks.
Doors lead to outdoor amenities, where guests can splash in the private pool, sun bathe poolside under sunny skies or star gaze in the sheltered hot tub each evening. Hours of fun are promised at your own private 9-hole miniature golf course where kids of all ages can improve their swing throughout your stay! Gather your group and bump, set, spike a volleyball around in the outdoor volleyball area. There is a fish cleaning table for fishermen in your group and a gas grill to BBQ the catch of the day. This unique design offers expansive decks to overlook community activities while relaxing coastal breezes wash over you.

Sleeping accommodations on this level include a king bedroom with a TV and private bath with whirlpool tub. A bedroom furnished with a king bed has a connected bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk with trundle. These rooms share a full hallway bathroom and laundry facilities are centrally located.

The top floor opens to bright sunlight and expansive ceilings. The great room provides three sofas arranged around a flat screen TV with surround sound system and a separate sitting area includes a sleepsofa. A kitchen overlooks the great room and is well laid out for meal preparations with abundant storage and counter space. Stainless steel appliances include a full refrigerator, 25 lb. icemaker, range/stove, microwave and two dishwashers. Meal service is convenient at a dining table that seats fourteen guests and at the kitchen bar with seating for six. The floor is completed by a king bedroom with TV, sun deck access, and a private bath with dual sink vanity, shower and whirlpool tub.
