Ground floor entertainment includes a rec room with a pool table, air hockey, an arcade machine, a Smart TV, and a bar area with a sink, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Adjacent to the rec room is a home theater with tiered seating, a large screen for your favorite movies and shows, and an Xbox.

Sliding glass doors from the rec room open to the pool area that boasts a 28' x 14' private pool that can be heated for an additional fee. Added amenities to make your days spent lounging by the pool even better are a large poolside patio with seating, a cabana with a sink, a hot tub positioned under a pergola, two outdoor showers, and a grill area with a gas grill. Needless to say, you don't have to leave home to experience a fun-filled vacation!

Bedding on this level includes two king bedrooms, each with private baths with walk-in showers, the east king bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to the poolside patio. There are two bunk rooms located on the opposite side of the house with a total of two pyramid bunks and four twin bunks. Both bunk rooms have private baths with shower/tubs. A laundry room is equipped with washers, dryers, and a standalone icemaker.

Mostly dedicated to sleeping accommodations, the middle floor has five bedrooms, each with a king bed, a private bath with custom tiled walk-in showers, and sliding glass doors that lead to the deck that wraps around three sides of the home and extends over the poolside cabana to provide an open deck for the sun lovers of the group. One king bedroom is special access friendly, including a wide doorframe and a bathroom with a roll-under sink and a shower with a shower seat and grab bars. A second rec room on this level has a poker table, a foosball table, a Smart TV, and a wet bar with a sink, a beverage fridge, and a dishwasher.

The great room features inviting natural light through many picture windows and an open floor plan so your vacation group can spend time together comfortably. Adjacent to the great room is the kitchen, fully equipped for preparing everything from casual snacks to elaborate meals. The kitchen includes appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, range, and microwave. A large island offers a place for meal prep and a central spot to display a beautifully cooked meal for all to enjoy as a group. The dining area ensures an effortless entertaining and dining experience and includes a nearby wet bar with a beverage fridge and bar seating.

Three king bedrooms round out this level. Each room has its own private bath with a custom tiled walk-in shower and direct deck access via sliding glass doors.
