This top level is the perfect place for any type of group gathering, with its open great room, large dining area that seats 22, spacious kitchen with island seating and separate breakfast bar, sunset-screened porch, front ocean covered porch and easy access to the crow's nest deck. Walk off the kitchen to the sunset screen porch and dial up your favorite tunes on the in-ceiling speakers as you look out over the resort-like pool area.

Special Access Amenities: Elevator. One mid level king bedroom has a bathroom with a shower seat, grab bars, and pull down shower head. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
