The amenity list runs long: a 30' x 14' private pool with baby pool, mother's ledge, and tiki bar, a cabana, a hot tub, an elevator serving every level, a rec room outfitted with an arcade, pool table, and shuffleboard, a mid-floor pub, and a private home movie theater. Vacationing in a home this well-equipped means you will be able to completely relax, and with so many unique gathering areas, everyone can find their special place to remember.

All twelve bedrooms feature their own private, custom-tiled bathroom, and nearly every bedroom opens with direct access to the expansive collection of spacious wrap-around decks, more than 2,500 square feet of decking in all. The gorgeously appointed top level delivers an open floor plan incorporating thoughtfully designed common areas, including a large great room, a spacious dining area, a gourmet kitchen with a gas Wolf Range, and a west-facing screened porch that overlooks the pool and tiki bar, providing a cool respite for those who wish to take in the sunset. The great room with its wood beam cathedral ceilings opens to the top floor decking, which includes a unique covered front side ocean porch and a crow's nest with views from sound to sea.

This brilliant gem sits just four lots from a beach access, and the phenomenal Whalehead location places you only 1.5 miles from major grocery stores, wonderful OBX restaurants, fun shopping and boutiques, and family-friendly activities such as Wild Horse Tours, putt-putt, watersports, the Corolla Adventure park, and more. Sleeping arrangements include 10 kings, 3 pyramid bunks, and 3 twin bunks, with 12 full baths and 2 half baths, 16 TVs, a home theater, a recreation room, free high-speed wireless internet, nine parking spaces, and a complimentary EV charger. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool dates are 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 2027 pool dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $450.00.
