Sliding glass doors in the rec room lead to the fully fenced private pool area, which also offers a hot tub, open and covered poolside areas, and an outdoor bar area.

Bedding on the ground floor includes two king bedrooms and a bedroom with two pyramid bunks (twin-over-double). Each bedroom has a private bath. Laundry facilities on this level include two washers and two dryers.
