Three spacious levels are thoughtfully designed for both comfort and entertainment, and an elevator makes moving between them effortless. The top floor offers an open concept with cathedral ceilings, large picture windows, and a cupola, bringing in an abundance of natural light and offering sweeping views. Every bedroom includes its own private, custom-tiled bathroom, while the ground floor is devoted to fun with a theater and a rec room. You're not going to want to leave!
Outdoor amenities abound at Sea Luxury, with a 34 x 15 private pool, hot tub, and a cabana, perfect for keeping the party going all day long. To enhance your poolside experience, a large flat-screen TV and outdoor speakers are available to watch your favorite show or play your favorite tunes while floating in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. A gas grill and outdoor shower round out the exterior, and 12 parking spaces mean the whole group can arrive with ease. Sea Luxury offers outstanding ocean views from the open east-facing decks, and there are three levels of covered decking overlooking the pool area, perfect for dining al fresco and relaxing in the shade.
Being right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and centrally placed between two nearby public beach accesses, you aren't far from all that the Outer Banks beaches of Corolla have to offer. Stroll down miles of wide, finely textured sand, hang out poolside, or venture into town to enjoy sightseeing at the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the Whalehead Club, along with shopping and dining at Corolla's local centers. The ground floor is host to entertainment and a hangout spot both inside and out! Outside consists of a resort-style pool, perfect for staying cool on those warm summer days. A large covered cabana includes a flat-screen TV, lounge area, and a spot to pull in your chaise pool lounger when you need some shade.
Inside, lounge in the theater to watch the latest movie or game! Around the corner, you'll find the rec room. A unique feature to this theater/rec room set-up is a wall cutout with bar seating between the two spaces. Want to hang out in the rec room, but also catch moments of the movie or game playing in the theater? Not to worry, it can be done! The rec room wet bar area includes a full-sized refrigerator, sink, standalone ice maker, and microwave. Through the rec room, there is sliding door access to the pool area.
Bedrooms on the ground level consist of two kings, a bedroom with two doubles, a bedroom with a built-in twin-over-queen bunk, and a bedroom with three built-in pyramid bunk sets. All of the bedrooms on the ground level include a private custom-tiled bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Each bunk contains a light and a USB plug. There is a half bath on this level.

The ones who love to cook will enjoy whipping up a meal in the kitchen, where you'll have no problem prepping a meal for many hungry vacationers. Coffee lovers in the group will find a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Step out to the east-facing decks with bar height seating for ocean views, or spend your evenings watching the sky change into beautiful reds, pinks, and oranges as the sun sets from the west-facing covered deck overlooking the pool area.
There is a king bedroom on the second floor with sliding door access to a private deck with ocean views, a private custom-tiled bathroom, flat-screen TV, and a built-in desk.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 with a pool heat cost of $600.00. 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027 with a pool heat cost of $600.00.
