Outdoor amenities abound at Sea Luxury, with a 34 x 15 private pool, hot tub, and a large covered cabana, perfect for keeping the party going all day long. To enhance your poolside experience, a large flat-screen TV and outdoor speakers are available to watch your favorite show or play your favorite tunes while floating in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. A gas grill and an outdoor shower round out the setup, and 12 parking spaces mean the whole group can arrive without a shuffle. Sea Luxury offers outstanding ocean views from the open east-facing decks, and there are three levels of covered decking overlooking the pool area, perfect for dining al fresco and relaxing in the shade.

Being right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and centrally placed between two nearby public beach accesses, you aren't far from all that the Outer Banks beaches of Corolla have to offer. Stroll down the miles of pristine beach, hang out poolside, or venture into town to enjoy sightseeing, shopping, and dining near Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. The Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the historic Whalehead Club are both close by, along with wild horse tours to the north. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Pool open 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027; pool heat cost is $600.00 for both seasons.
