Twelve bedrooms means twelve private, custom-tiled bathrooms, so no one in your group is waiting in line, and the ground floor delivers a theater plus a rec room with an arcade console. Outdoor amenities abound at Sea Luxury, with a 34 x 15 private pool, hot tub, and a spacious cabana, perfect for keeping the party going all day long. A gas grill and outdoor shower round out the ground-level setup. Sea Luxury offers outstanding ocean views from the open east-facing decks, and there are three levels of covered decking overlooking the pool area, perfect for dining al fresco and relaxing in the shade.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Pool heat cost is $600.00. The 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026, and the 2027 pool season runs 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027.
