Pool availability for the upcoming seasons: the 2026 pool season runs 4/5/2026 through 10/25/2026, and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027. Optional pool heat is available for $700.00 in both the 2026 and 2027 seasons for guests visiting during the cooler shoulder months.

The top floor is where this home really shines! With cathedral ceilings and a large wall of picture windows, the ocean views are spectacular. The space is enormous and combines the great room, dining area, and kitchen into one large open-concept for you and your group to spend time together. The great room includes a large sectional, conversation style seating, bench seating along the picture windows, and a Smart TV. The dining area is comprised of one large, custom-built table so your entire group can enjoy meals with one another, with additional seating at the kitchen island. A separate sitting area faces the ocean and is separated from the rest of the floor for privacy. The sliding glass door from the dining area leads to the west deck that overlooks the pool area and includes seating for both dining and watching the sunsets. The great room sliding glass door opens to the east deck that faces the ocean for your viewing pleasure. Three king bedrooms with private baths are on the north end of the home.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Beach Access: This home is located 125 yards from the Albacore Street Public Beach Access.
