Outdoor amenities abound at Sea N Sea, with a large 34.0 x 14.0 private pool and hot tub, perfect for keeping the party going all day long. Enhancing your outdoor experience are a Smart TV, outdoor speakers, gas grill, outdoor shower, and multiple seating areas to kick back and relax. Sea N Sea offers outstanding ocean views from the open front decks, and there are two levels of decking overlooking the pool area, perfect for dining al fresco and relaxing in the shade. Nine parking spaces make arrival day simple for even the biggest gathering, and check-in is on Sunday. Please note that this home does not allow pets.
In a prime location in Whalehead, you're within a short walk to many bars, restaurants, and a grocery store. Outside consists of a resort style pool with sundeck/parent's ledge, perfect for staying cool on those warm summer days. A gas grill and outdoor shower round out the poolside setup. Inside, you'll find a spacious and well-appointed entertainment area with a Smart TV and sitting area. The rec room also includes a sports bar equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. The theater room is equipped with reclining seats in a tiered format to enhance your experience.
To round out the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, each with private baths. Two bedrooms include king beds and the third includes two queen beds. There is a half bath and a laundry room.

Central to the middle floor is a large media den with sectional seating, Smart TV, and wet bar with a sink and beverage refrigerator, an easy spot to regroup between beach trips and pool time. A sliding glass door leads to a deck that overlooks the pool area and onto a 20-foot sundeck with conversation style seating to lounge and relax. Six bedrooms are available on this level. Five bedrooms, all with private baths, have king beds. Three king bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to a deck. The final bedroom, an oasis for kids, is an oversized bunk room with four pyramid bunks and a large private bath.

The top floor is where this home really shines! With cathedral ceilings and a large wall of picture windows, the ocean views are spectacular. The space is enormous and combines the great room, dining area, and kitchen into one large open-concept for you and your group to spend time together. The great room includes a large sectional, conversation style seating, bench seating along the picture windows, and a Smart TV. The dining area is comprised of one large, custom-built table so your entire group can enjoy meals with one another, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with a pantry and a microwave. A separate sitting area faces the ocean and is separated from the rest of the floor for privacy. The sliding glass door from the dining area leads to the west deck that overlooks the pool area and includes seating for both dining and watching the sunsets. The great room sliding glass door opens to the east deck that faces the ocean and includes high top Adirondack Chairs for your viewing pleasure. Three king bedrooms with private baths are on the north end of the home.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/5/2026 through 10/25/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027. Pool heat cost is $700.00 for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.
