This amazing vacation home features three spacious, coastal-inspired levels, professionally designed for both comfort and entertainment. The top floor has an open concept with cathedral ceilings and large picture windows, offering stunning ocean views. Each bedroom includes its own private, custom tiled bathroom, so no one in your party ever has to wait their turn. There are plenty of gathering spaces on each floor to accommodate large groups, with an elevator to travel seamlessly throughout. Additional amenities include a theater room, rec/game room, middle floor media room, multiple sitting areas, private office, bar with freestanding icemaker, Smart TVs in each bedroom (18 TVs in all), free high-speed wireless internet, and a Sonos sound system throughout. Outdoor amenities abound at Sea N Sea, with a large 34 x 14 private pool, hot tub, and two cabanas covering 550 square feet, perfect for keeping the party going all day long. Enhancing your outdoor experience are a Smart TV, outdoor speakers, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and multiple seating areas to kick back and relax. Sea N Sea offers outstanding ocean views from the open front decks, and there are two levels of decking overlooking the pool area, perfect for dining al fresco and relaxing in the shade. With nine parking spaces, there is room for the whole group to arrive comfortably.

In a prime location on Lighthouse Drive in Whalehead, you're just three homes from beach access (Albacore) and within a short walk to the Timbuck II Shopping Village for access to many bars, restaurants, and a grocery store. Corolla is also home to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the historic Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park, and guided tours in search of the wild horses that roam the northern beaches. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/5/2026 through 10/25/2026, and 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027. Pool heat cost is $700.00 for both 2026 and 2027.
