Outside consists of a resort style pool with sundeck/parent's ledge and in pool bar stools, perfect for staying cool on those warm summer days. Inside, you'll find a spacious and well-appointed entertainment area with a pool table, shuffleboard table, arcade machine with 10,000 games, a Smart TV, and sitting area. The rec room also includes a sports bar equipped with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and freestanding icemaker. The theater room is equipped with custom built Italian leather reclining seats in a tiered format to enhance your experience.
To round out the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, each with private baths. Two bedrooms include king beds and the third includes two queen beds. All three bedrooms include a Smart TV. There is a half bath and a laundry room.

Five bedrooms, all with private baths, have king beds and a Smart TV. Three king bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to a deck. The final bedroom, an oasis for kids, is an oversized bunk room with four pyramid bunks and large private bath. A private office is tucked away on the east side of the house that looks towards the ocean and has nearby deck access through the main front entry door.

The top floor is where this home really shines! With cathedral ceilings and a large wall of picture windows, the ocean views are spectacular. The space is enormous and combines the great room, dining area, and kitchen into one large open-concept for you and your group to spend time together. The great room includes a large sectional, conversation style seating, bench seating along the picture windows, and a Smart TV. The dining area is comprised of one large, custom-built table so your entire group can enjoy meals with one another, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and amenities. A separate sitting area faces the ocean and is separated from the rest of the floor for privacy. The sliding glass door from the dining area leads to the west deck that overlooks the pool area and includes seating for both dining and watching the sunsets. The great room sliding glass door opens to the east deck that faces the ocean and includes high top Adirondack Chairs for your viewing pleasure. Three king bedrooms with private baths and Smart TVs are on the north end of the home.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Pool heat available for $700.00.
