Just steps from Southern Shores' peaceful beaches, this OBX vacation rental incorporates a host of amenities as well as a layout intended to provide privacy for visitors. With more than 3,000 feet of outdoor living space under the home, including a built-in bar, seating areas, bathroom, and a beautiful pool area, you'll love this home both inside and out!

Designed as a resort-style hangout haven, the outdoor area incorporates a large private pool with cabana and a hot tub. Indoor amenities include a home theater, a rec room, and an elevator. All of the bedroom suites have en suite baths and deck access.

The sleeping arrangements make hosting a large group simple: 11 king bedrooms plus a bunk suite with a twin bunk and a double bunk, served by 12 full baths and 3 half baths. Add 15 TVs, a DVD player, free high-speed wireless internet, an elevator serving all levels, two outdoor showers, a gas grill, and 17 parking spaces, and every detail of a big family gathering falls neatly into place. Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, check-in is on Saturday, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March) warms the great room during the cooler months.

Located in the town of Southern Shores, this community is popular among vacationers because of its proximity to the Wright Memorial Bridge, meaning you won't have to fight traffic to the northern beaches during high season. Southern Shores stretches roughly a mile wide between the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound, with quiet, tree-lined streets that are perfect for walking and biking. Two major grocery stores are about a mile away, and a fro-yo shop, seafood restaurant, pizza parlor, boutiques, and an escape room are located nearby at the Southern Shores Crossing plaza. A short drive north brings you to the quaint village of Duck.
