Five of the twelve bedrooms are accessed exclusively from covered decks, adding an additional level of privacy from the main house. Designed as a resort-style hangout haven, the outdoor area incorporates a large private pool measuring 38 x 24 with cabana and poolside bar, a hot tub, and a shallow wet deck that can double as a baby pool or tanning ledge. Indoor amenities include a home theater, rec room with pool table, elevator, 15 TVs, and two levels of oceanview outdoor lounge areas. All of the bedroom suites have en suite baths and deck access, and five have completely private balconies. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected, two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, and 17 parking spaces leave plenty of room for a large group traveling in several vehicles.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/
