Five of the twelve bedrooms are accessed exclusively from covered decks, adding an additional level of privacy from the main house. Designed as a resort-style hangout haven, the outdoor area incorporates a large private pool with cabana and poolside bar, trellis with hot tub, and shallow wet deck that can double as a baby pool or tanning ledge. Indoor amenities include a home theater, rec room with pool table & shuffleboard, elevator, and two levels of oceanview outdoor lounge areas. All of the bedroom suites have en suite baths and deck access - five have completely private balconies.
Located in town of Southern Shores, this community is popular among vacationers because of its proximity to the Wright Memorial Bridge, meaning you won't have to fight traffic to the northern beaches during high season. Two major grocery stores are about a mile away, and a fro-yo shop, seafood restaurant, pizza parlor, boutiques, and an escape room are located nearby at the Southern Shores Crossing plaza. A short drive north brings you to the quaint village of Duck.

Four of the six king suites on this level are accessible by walking out to the covered deck - each has a separate entrance. The seventh room is a bunk room with twin bunkset and double over double bunk. A full size fridge provides extra snack and beverage storage, and a covered porch offers additional cozy outdoor seating with amazing ocean views.

Along with the outdoor sitting area, a large indoor dining table and island seating in the kitchen provide plenty of space for everyone to eat. Five king suites round out this level, one of which is accessed exclusively from the covered deck.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/04/2024 - 09/21/2024. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Surf School. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
