An expansive outdoor oasis incorporates a sunny private pool area, as well as a large covered terrace, because the best place to spend time when on vacation is outside! A short drive north brings you to the quaint village of Duck.

The elevator makes moving luggage, groceries, and guests between floors simple, while 17 parking spaces mean everyone in your party has a place to park. Pool season for 2026 runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026, and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027; pool heat is available for $700.00 in both years.

The outdoor area incorporates a 38 x 32 pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a spacious lawn that is perfect for outdoor games. A shady covered lounge area includes multiple outdoor seating areas and an outdoor TV, so you can enjoy the outdoors even if the weather's not perfect. Two outdoor showers keep sandy feet outside, and an entryway offers elevator and stair access to the upper levels. Steps away, the private dune top deck is the ideal perch for sunrise coffee before you head down to the beach.

Four have king beds. The two additional bedrooms have king-over-king bunks, a fun setup for the younger members of your group. Laundry facilities on this floor keep beach towels and swimsuits in rotation all week.

The open-concept top level features views of the ocean from the great room, which has large sectional seating around a flat screen TV and a seasonal fireplace. Six additional king bedrooms with private baths are located on this floor, three of which are oceanside.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Neighborhood & Community: Southern Shores greets you as you arrive on the Outer Banks, a quiet, tree-lined town of pines, dogwoods, and live oaks set between the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound. Community tennis is available to guests of this home. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
