An expansive outdoor oasis incorporates a sunny private pool area, as well as a large covered terrace - because the best place to spend time when on vacation is outside! There is a spacious lawn, private dune top deck, ample covered space with tables and lounges, and a built-in outdoor bar.

Located in town of Southern Shores, this community is popular among vacationers because of its proximity to the Wright Memorial Bridge, meaning you won't have to fight traffic to the northern beaches during high season. Two major grocery stores are about a mile away, and a fro-yo shop, seafood restaurant, pizza parlor, boutiques, and an escape room are located nearby at the Southern Shores Crossing plaza. A short drive north brings you to the quaint village of Duck.

A shady covered lounge area includes an outdoor bar, multiple outdoor seating areas, outdoor TV, and ping-pong and pool tables - so you can enjoy the outdoors even if the weather's not perfect. A carport connects to an entryway with elevator and stair access to the upper levels.

Central to the mid-level is an oceanview game room, with all the bells n' whistles for your entertainment, including a pool table, arcade games, and sports bar with standalone icemaker. Also available is a theater with a projector and Bluray player, where you can cozy up and watch a flick with the family (streaming capabilities are available). Six inviting suites are available on this level, four of which are on the oceanside. Four have king beds. The two additional bedrooms have king-over-king bunks.

The open-concept top level features views of the ocean from the great room, which has large sectional seating around a flat screen TV and seasonal double sided fireplace. The dining room includes a large table as well as additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen includes a 6-burner gas stove & two refrigerators. A large sliding window opens between the kitchen and outdoor al fresco bar and dining area, brininging the outdoors in! Six additional king bedrooms with private baths are located on this floor, three of which are oceanside.

Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/04/2024 - 09/21/2024. Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/03/25 - 09/20/25. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
