Sleeping options on the ground level include two bedrooms that share a full bath. A charming bedroom on this level offers a queen bed, an HDTV, and a private bathroom equipped for those with special needs. The king suite has a private bath, an HDTV, and sliding door access to the front grounds. A magnificent cinema-style home theater is outfitted with a 110" projection screen, THX 7.2 surround sound, HD projector, DVD player, coffered ceilings with fiber optic tray light, and tiered seating for 14 guests, so movie night becomes a nightly tradition. The recreation room is equipped with a billiard table, game table with four chairs, stool seating, two mounted HDTVs, and a sports bar with full refrigerator, icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, sink, granite countertops, and bar seating for three.

Doors open to a breezy cabana bar with a full cabana bath, a gas grill for cooking up casual meals, an outdoor covered dining area, an outdoor TV for watching the big match together, and outdoor speakers to stream music from your favorite artists. A private 38 x 16 pool with a wet deck/baby pool provides hours of endless fun for all ages, and an outdoor shower is on hand for rinsing off sand and salt. Soak up the summer sun in cozy lounge seats under blue skies. Star gaze in the bubbling hot tub, perch on the dune-top deck or stroll to the sandy shoreline to romp in the tumbling waves. Want to take a break from the water? Try out the putt-putt golf area! Laundry facilities on this level keep beach towels and swimsuits in rotation all week long.

A central den with hardwood floors offers a sofa, an HDTV, a book library, and direct access to the rear covered deck with steps leading down to the pool area, making it a favorite spot to slip away with a novel while the rest of the group swims.

Show-stopping ocean views, tall ceilings, and hardwood floors welcome guests to the second floor. Multiple seating areas are made up of plush sofas, armchairs, and cozy area rugs arranged around a seasonal gas fireplace and a 70" HDTV. A fabulous kitchen has granite countertops, a center island, abundant storage, and casual bar seating. Appliances include two refrigerators, a beverage center, a standalone icemaker, five-burner range, double ovens, a microwave, Keurig, and two dishwashers to assist in cleaning up. Serve savory meals at three tables that seat a total of twenty-two guests, with a highchair available for the littlest traveler. Sliding glass doors are located in the great room that open to a wide sun deck where ocean views and sea breezes are the name of the game! A half bath is centrally located.

One suite features a king size bed, an armchair, an HDTV, a private bath, and direct access to the front covered porch. The second is furnished with a king bed, an armchair, a 50" HDTV, and offers a walk-in closet, direct covered deck access, and a private bathroom with a tile shower, Jacuzzi tub, and a double vanity.

Steps lead from the great room up to a cozy loft that serves as a media den and a game room. This space is furnished with a sofa, game table with four chairs, foosball table, a desk with a chair, and a 60'' HDTV with an Xbox One game system.
