A hot tub, gas grill, and two outdoor showers complete the backyard, and nine parking spaces plus an onsite EV charger make arrival easy for a large group.

Pool: Private pool measures 40.0 x 16.0. 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026, and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $500.00 in both the 2026 and 2027 seasons. Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temp of 60 degrees or higher needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temp is 80 degrees.
