Twelve bedrooms, eleven with king beds, are split between a main house and a separate wing joined by covered decks on two levels, and an elevator reaches every floor. When morning comes, pour a cup of coffee, walk out to your private dune-top deck, and watch the colors rise over the water. Meander to and from the shoreline via the private beach walkway to sunbathe, search for shells, and stroll along the water's edge.

Out back, the expansive 40x16 private pool anchors the backyard. A hot tub, gas grill, and two outdoor showers round out the space, and a private walkway leads you straight to the sand. Inside, the amenity list keeps going: an elevator, a recreation room, a home theater for movie nights, 14 TVs throughout, and free high-speed wireless internet.

A distinctive architectural design places several bedrooms in a separate section of the home, connected on two levels by a covered deck. With 12 full baths, two half baths, and nine parking spaces, this Outer Banks estate is built for multi-family reunions and milestone celebrations. An EV charger is available onsite, and check-in day is Saturday.

EV Charger: An EV charger is available onsite.

Pool: The 40.0 x 16.0 private pool is open 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $500.00. Ambient air temp of 60 degrees or higher needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temp is 80 degrees.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
