The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island that includes bar seating. Each of the ten bedrooms has a private bathroom, and most enjoy direct access to the deck. An elevator makes moving between levels simple for everyone in your party.
When you want to spend some time outdoors, make your way out onto one of the many decks or down to the pool area that includes several poolside lounge chairs and a covered space if you prefer to be in the shade. The great room has ample sofa seating positioned around a flatscreen TV and a seasonal gas fireplace (available October through March). The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. A large island offers bar seating and plenty of extra space to prepare meals for your entire group. The dining area has a long table with seating for 16, ideal for family dinners and celebrations. Large windows on both sides of the great room allow for an abundance of natural light to brighten the room. Bedding on this level includes a king with a private bathroom. A half bath serves this level as well.

Pool: The 28 x 11 private pool is heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Pool heat is available for an additional cost.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted golf fees.
