The outdoor area creates an entertainer's oasis, featuring a custom oceanfront pool measuring 28x16 feet, two relaxing hot tubs, covered patio with outdoor seating and dining, a cabana tiki bar and bath, plus a private beach boardwalk with dune deck leading directly to the blue waters of the Atlantic.

This prime oceanfront property showcases panoramic ocean views, a luxurious great room, convenient elevator access, and 10 bedrooms each with private baths. Entertainment options abound with a recreation lounge featuring a sports bar and an 8-seat home theater. The thoughtful home design creates wonderful flow between private bedroom suites and various entertainment spaces to capture the attention of all ages in your party.

Professionally decorated in coastal shades with stylish furnishings, all bedrooms provide LED flatscreen TVs with access to Netflix (using guest's account), Hulu, and other internet capabilities. Each bedroom features a private bath with oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, and several offer custom tile showers. Located in the prestigious Whalehead community of Corolla, this Carolina Designs vacation rental sits close to the Timbuck II shopping area, offering boutiques and eateries, grocery stores, and activities for all ages.

Additional Amenities & Information

Updates for 2024: A second hot tub was added in the pool area, an electric vehicle charger was added outside (see more information below), new LVP flooring in all of the bedrooms, fresh interior paint throughout, new kitchen cooktop, new 8-seat sectional sofa, table with stools, and rug in the great room.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Special Access Amenities: A ramp leads to the front entrance of the home, and a mid-level king has a bath with a barrier-free shower and roll-under sink. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Special Events Welcome: $3,000 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit are required for all special events. Maximum of 150 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. TVs: The TVs throughout the house have Roku installed. Guests access cable television through the installed Spectrum app; no login is required.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
