Blue Beacon Retreat treats your group to three levels of superb finishes and upscale amenities, all set directly on the oceanfront. The outdoor area creates an oasis for entertaining, including a custom oceanfront pool measuring 28 by 16 feet and two hot tubs, a covered patio with outdoor seating and dining, a cabana tiki bar and bath, and a private beach boardwalk with a dune deck leading to the blue waters of the Atlantic. Two outdoor showers and a gas grill round out the exterior, and eight parking spaces make arrival easy for a large group. This prime oceanfront estate features panoramic ocean views, a luxurious great room, an elevator, ten bedrooms with private baths, a recreation lounge, and a home theater. The home design creates a wonderful flow between private bedroom suites and various entertainment options to capture the attention of all ages in your party. This home is professionally decorated in coastal shades and stylish furnishings. There are 13 TVs found throughout the home, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected. Each bedroom has a private bath. Bedding includes eight kings, two queens, a double bunk, and a double trundle, served by ten full baths and two half baths. Two dogs are welcome with a fee, an EV charger is available onsite, special events are welcome, and check-in is on Saturday. This home is located in the Whalehead community of Corolla.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 Pool Open: 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026, with a pool heat cost of $500.00. 2027 Pool Open: 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, with a pool heat cost of $500.00.

Pets: Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.

Special Events Welcome: A $3,000 refundable security deposit is required for all special events. Maximum of 150 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. TVs: The TVs throughout the house have Roku installed. Guests access cable television through the installed Spectrum app; no login is required.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
