Inside on the ground floor, a rec room with a pool table and a card table will provide family fun in the evenings and on rainy days. There is a 55" Roku TV as well as a DVD player. Ground floor bedding includes a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, as well as two king bedrooms, each with a private bath and sliding glass door access to the deck on the front of the house.
Upon stepping outdoors, you are greeted by a private pool area with an array of features. Grill up an evening meal on the gas or charcoal grill, then soak all worries away in the two in-ground hot tubs. The 34 x 17 private pool is the centerpiece, and pool heat is available for an additional fee. A basketball hoop invites a quick game between beach trips, and a poolside cabana offers a shady spot to gather. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then head to the ocean's shore, or watch the waves from the dune-top deck.

A lounge area with a round table and four chairs offers a quiet place to relax with a good book or play games.

With elegant columns and unique arch details, the open great room is the centerpiece of this oceanfront home. The living area offers a flat screen Roku TV, a DVD player, comfortable sofa seating, and a seasonal gas fireplace (available October through March). Dining tables and the kitchen bar provide seating for many. The kitchen features a dishwasher, an icemaker, a microwave, two sinks, two refrigerators, and a separate pantry, so two cooks can work side by side on a big group meal. Sliding glass doors open to oceanfront decks, where you can savor sea breezes and incredible views. A king with a private bath completes this level.
Updates for 2026: Major pool renovation for 2026! New pool deck and new pool furniture, including a Polywood dining-style table in the cabana and a high-top table on the pool deck. New kitchen refrigerator and new bedroom ceiling fans throughout.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027; pool heat is $700.00 for both seasons.
