The Wright Brothers Memorial and Museum are just across the bypass, and multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are within easy driving distance.

Inside on the ground floor, a rec room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, and card table will provide family fun in evenings and on rainy days. The 55" TV has Netflix as well as a BluRay player, and an adjacent kitchenette provides a refrigerator for convenient food storage, a microwave, blender, dishwasher, icemaker, and sink. Ground floor bedding includes a bedroom with two pyramid bunks, as well as two king bedrooms, each with a private bath and sliding glass door access to the deck on the front of the house.
Upon stepping outdoors, you are greeted by a private pool area with an array of features. Grill up an evening meal on the gas or charcoal grill, then soak all worries away in the two in-ground hot tubs. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Cornhole boards are located in the backyard for friendly competition. A poolside cabana features a full bathroom, wet bar with mini-fridge and sink, speaker system, and bar seating, and is topped with a sun deck, where you can soak up your daily dose of Vitamin D. Enjoy a private beach walkway with rope lighting which leads you straight to the ocean's shore, or watch the waves from the dune-top deck. Please note that the pool waterfall is not functional.

Two additional bedrooms that share a full bath complete this level, one with two pyramid bunks, and one with a twin-over-queen bunk (please note that this bunk bed is listed as a twin and queen in the bedding layout). A lounge area with a round table and four chairs offers a quiet place to relax with a good book or play games.

With elegant columns and unique arch details, the open great room is the centerpiece of this waterfront home. The living area offers a flatscreen TV with stereo and DVD player, comfortable sofa seating, and a seasonal gas fireplace. Dining tables and the kitchen bar provide seating for many. The kitchen features two dishwashers, an icemaker, a microwave, two sinks, two refrigerators, two cooktops, a separate pantry, and multiple coffee makers. Sliding glass doors open to oceanfront decks, where you can savor sea breezes and incredible views. A king with a private bath that has a Jacuzzi tub completes this level.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
