You surely will be Livin' the Dream while staying in this 10-bedroom oceanfront home in Corolla's Whalehead community. Gathering areas anchor every floor, so the group can spread out without splitting up, and deck space wraps the house on multiple levels for coffee at sunrise and cocktails at dusk.

Outside, a 24 x 12 private pool can be heated for cooler months and connects to an in-pool hot tub, while a second sheltered hot tub waits on a covered deck in case the weather turns. Sunny and shaded poolside lounging, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower complete the backyard.

Practical touches match the scale of the home: an elevator, 16 TVs, free high speed wireless internet, 10 parking spaces, a highchair, an EV charger, and a seasonal fireplace from October through March. Two dogs are welcome with a fee, and check-in is on Saturday. Beyond the oceanfront setting, this is a prime Outer Banks subdivision.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees. The in-pool hot tub follows the same open/close schedule as the pool. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $600.00.

Pets: Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.
