A kitchenette is centrally located to these amenities and features granite countertops, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher and seating. A laundry room on this floor provides one washer and dryer unit. One private bedroom is available and is furnished with a double over double bunk bed and flat screen TV. A full bathroom is across the hall and is accessible to those in the rec room and home theater.
Rec room doors open to oceanfront outdoor amenities. A custom pool, with inset 6x6 kiddie pool and color LED lighting, promises hours of day and evening enjoyment, while the hot tub invites a soak after a day in the surf. Five are furnished with king beds and flat screen TVs; four of those are oceanfront with charming ocean views and direct deck access, and one of these offers a walk-in closet. A suite with a private bath is equipped with a double bunk for the young travelers. Laundry facilities with one washer and dryer unit are centrally located. An incredible wraparound deck is another highlight of this home design and allows guests to relish breathtaking ocean views and cooling coastal breezes.

A wall of oceanfront windows brings the picturesque Atlantic into the second floor great room, creating an inspiring backdrop for family gatherings. An exquisite living area is comprised of shimmering hardwoods, sectional sofa, cozy rug, seasonal gas fireplace and a LED TV with surround sound, Blu-ray DVD, Bose Wave Radio/CD and an iPod docking station. Oceanfront armchairs create a quiet conversation area, and waterfront dining is available at a handsome custom dining table. A half bath is available to those in the great room, and doors open to a furnished sun deck that showcases panoramic ocean and beach views.
Meal preparations are easy in the kitchen featuring distinctive maple cabinets, granite countertops, custom tilework and an island with bar seating for five. This space is equipped with a wonderful array of stainless steel appliances including a beverage center and microwave. Three suites with private bathrooms complete the top level and are all furnished with king beds and LCD HDTVs. Two are oceanfront, offering lovely ocean views and direct sun deck access, one with walk-in closet.

Updates for 2024: All new TVs, the carpet was replaced with hardwood flooring in the first and second floor northeast bedrooms, new carpet in the remaining eight bedrooms, new flooring in rec room, new refrigerator in rec room kitchenette, new sofa in the theater room, new island and beverage fridge in kitchen, and new landscaping in pool area.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/03/26 - 09/20/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/02/2027 - 09/19/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Pets: Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.
