Eight king beds, two double bunks, ten full baths and two half baths give large groups room to spread out, and an elevator makes moving between levels effortless. A 28 x 14 private pool, a hot tub, a poolside cabana, two outdoor showers and a gas grill turn the oceanfront yard into a second living space. Practical touches round out the stay: eight parking spaces, free high-speed wireless internet, 13 TVs, three DVD players, a highchair, a seasonal fireplace available October through March, and an EV charger. Two dogs are welcome with a fee, and this Corolla home features Sunday check-in.

Pool: The 28 x 14 private pool is open 4/5/2026 through 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027, with optional pool heat available for $700.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Pets: Two dogs are welcome with a fee at this OBX vacation rental.
