The recreation lounge has the ambiance of a local sports bar and is fully equipped with three mounted 32" HDTVs with a surround sound stereo system. This room includes a pool table and arcade game with 60 games (including Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Frogger, and many more)! The convenient sports bar features a sink, stainless steel microwave, refrigerator, stand-alone icemaker, mounted flatscreen, and bar seating for four.

An expansive wraparound covered deck is furnished to enjoy cool sea breezes and ocean views, and the bubbling hot tub provides a quiet evening retreat for relaxation.

Amazing ocean views from floor-to-ceiling windows, soaring ceilings, and shimmering hardwoods welcome guests to the top floor great room. Sofa and armchair seating is arranged around a big screen TV and seasonal gas fireplace. Enjoy morning coffee or friendly card games at a small table with chairs. Serve savory meals at an ocean view dining table that seats sixteen guests. A half bath is centrally located. Doors open to a wraparound sun deck with covered porch.
