Grande Atlantis is a stunning, brand new, coastal-inspired, 10-bedroom oceanfront home located at Milepost 7.5 in Kill Devil Hills. This exquisite vacation estate offers endless opportunities for memory-filled time surrounded by sweeping ocean views, along with indoor amenities that include a large rec room with pool table and arcade, an in-home theater, an elevator, a spacious open concept top floor, an LED fireplace, decks on every level, and 7 bedrooms with private baths. Outside, guests enjoy a large private pool that can be heated, a poolside hot tub and cabana, a sun deck atop the cabana roof, and a private beach access leading to a sheltered dune deck with seating and uninterrupted ocean views.

With 10 full baths, a half bath, 15 smart TVs, two highchairs, 10 parking spaces, an EV charger, and a welcome for two dogs with fee, this Outer Banks vacation rental is built for large family gatherings and reunions.

Please Note:
- An elevator is provided but there are 7 stairs to access the front door.
- The outdoor fireplace is not available for use.
- The cabana TV is available April-November.
- Saturday check-in.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
