Overview

Coastal-inspired from the ground up, Grande Atlantis is an exquisite oceanfront estate designed for large groups who want every generation comfortable under one roof. Ten bedrooms, seven of them with private baths, spread across three levels served by an elevator, while decks on every level frame uninterrupted views of the Atlantic. Inside, the indoor amenities keep the fun going long after the beach towels are hung up: a large recreation room with a pool table and arcade game, an in-home theater, a wide open-concept top floor, a seasonal LED fireplace, and 15 smart TVs throughout.

Outdoors, the 34.0 x 17.0 private pool (heat available for an additional cost) is joined by a poolside hot tub, the cabana, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim. A sheltered dune deck with seating sits between the house and the sand, so the shoreline is only steps away. Ten parking spaces, an EV charger, and a welcome for two dogs (with fee) round out a thoughtfully equipped OBX vacation rental. Grande Atlantis features Saturday check-in.

The Kill Devil Hills Location

Kill Devil Hills sits in the heart of the Outer Banks, a popular stretch of coast where oceanfront homes enjoy direct beach access and lifeguards are stationed every half-mile during the summer season. Beyond the sand, guests find bike and walking paths, playgrounds, a community skate park, go-carts, bowling, miniature golf, laser tag, and the movies. The Wright Brothers Memorial, home to a reproduction of the 1903 Wright Flyer, is a treasured national historic attraction just minutes away. Grocery stores, surf shops, colorful boutiques, and a wide range of restaurants line the beach road and the bypass, while a drive out to Colington Island leads through maritime forest toward the sound and fresh local seafood. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected between adventures.

TVs & Sound Systems: All of the TVs are Smart TVs. Cable streaming is available on the TVs through the Spectrum app. Guests are welcome to log into their own accounts to stream through other apps such as Netflix and Hulu. Each bedroom can manage music volume individually from each floor's music selection, which is done through the Sonos App on your smartphone.

EV Charger: A payment is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Security Camera: This property has a camera installed on the front and back of the house.

Special Access Amenities: Ground floor king bath has a roll-under sink and grab bars in the shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for more information.

Please Note:
- An elevator is provided but there are 7 stairs to access the front door.
- The outdoor fireplace is not available for use.
- The cabana TV is available April-November.
- Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.
