Bedding on this level includes two kings, each with a private bath and deck access. Outside, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub, or in the private pool which offers a shallow mother's ledge (16' x 7') -- the perfect place for kids to splash.

A unique feature of this home is that every bedroom offers deck access and a private bath. Of the six bedrooms on this level, five are kings. The sixth bedroom offers a double bunk (double-over-double), twin bunk (twin-over-twin), and its private bathroom has a combination shower/tub. Laundry facilities (a stacked washer/dryer unit) are available.

The top floor is comprised of an open concept great room that includes two comfortable sitting areas, a large dining table, and a kitchen with an island, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and Keurig with a latte maker. Step out onto east- or west-facing decks to enjoy ocean breezes and salt air. Two kings bedrooms round out this level, both with private baths. A conveniently located half bath and a washer/dryer set are available as well.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator, and a mid level king bedroom has a roll-under sink, low barrier shower, and grab bars. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
