Updates for 2024: New granite countertop on poolside tiki bar and additional seating at the bar, new sofa and rug in rec room, three-season room converted to heated/air conditioned dining nook with new furniture, new great room furniture, refurbished dining room chairs, new lighting in the kitchen and dining room, extended pool decking, firepit added with outdoor seating, cornhole provided, updated landscaping with sod in front yard and pool area.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/2026 - 09/19/2026. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

Pool Information: The private pool measures 28.0 x 14.0 feet and is heated by propane with a maximum temperature of 85 degrees. Pool is open 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 for 2026 season and 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027 for 2027 season. Pool heating is available for $1,000.00 per stay.

Special Access Amenities: There is an elevator providing access to all floors. Please note the pool is not wheelchair accessible. None of our homes are ADA compliant.

Additional Features: 6 parking spaces, seasonal fireplace (October-March), gas and charcoal grills, free high-speed wireless internet, DVD player, and Saturday check-in. No pets allowed.
