Ten bedrooms include eight kings, a bedroom with two doubles, and a double bunk room, served by 10 full baths (nine of them private) plus a half bath. Additional comforts include free high-speed wireless internet, 13 TVs, a DVD player, a home theater, a recreation room, a seasonal fireplace (October through March), gas and charcoal grills, two outdoor showers, and six parking spaces. Please note this is a Saturday check-in home, and no pets are allowed. It is a true oceanfront OBX vacation rental with a private pool measuring 28.0 x 14.0 feet.

Seasonal Cabana Service: This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

Pool: Heated by propane. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027. Pool heat cost is $1,000.00 for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.

Special Access Amenities: There is an elevator serving the home. One mid-level king offers a low-barrier shower and roll-under sink. Please note the pool is not wheelchair accessible.
