Sleeping Arrangements & Baths

Ten bedrooms include eight kings, two doubles, and one double bunk, served by 10 full baths (nine of them private) plus a half bath. Nine of the ten bedrooms enjoy a private bath, so everyone in your group gets their space.

Updates for 2024: New granite countertop on poolside tiki bar and additional seating at the bar, new sofa and rug in rec room, three-season room converted to heated/air conditioned dining nook with new furniture, new great room furniture, refurbished dining room chairs, new lighting in the kitchen and dining room, extended pool decking, firepit added with outdoor seating, cornhole provided, updated landscaping with sod in front yard and pool area.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

Pool: Heated by propane. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees. 2026 pool dates are 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 with a pool heat cost of $1,000.00. 2027 pool dates are 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027 with a pool heat cost of $1,000.00.

Special Access Amenities: There is an elevator. Please note the pool is not wheelchair accessible. None of our homes are ADA compliant.
