Sleeping arrangements include eight kings, two doubles, and one double bunk spread across three levels, with nine bedrooms enjoying private baths. Elsewhere in the home you will find 13 TVs, a DVD player, a seasonal gas fireplace (October through March), free high-speed wireless internet, an elevator serving the floors, a hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, and two outdoor showers. Saturday check-in applies, and no pets are allowed at this Corolla home.

The Corolla Setting

Corolla, known as the "gold coast" of Currituck County, sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks, where wide beaches of finely textured sand meet clean rolling surf. Nearby you will find the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, built in 1875 and the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast, along with the restored Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park. Grocery stores, gift shops, surf shops, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors are close at hand in shopping centers such as Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. Take surfing lessons, book a kayak tour, rent jet skis, play golf or tennis, or join a guided beach tour in search of the wild horses that roam the isolated stretches to the north.

Updates for 2024: New granite countertop on poolside tiki bar and additional seating at the bar, new sofa and rug in rec room, three-season room converted to heated/air conditioned dining nook with new furniture, new great room furniture, refurbished dining room chairs, new lighting in the kitchen and dining room, extended pool decking, firepit added with outdoor seating, updated landscaping with sod in front yard and pool area.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/2026 - 09/19/2026. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

Pool: The 28 x 14 private pool is heated by propane. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027. Pool heat cost is $1,000.00 for both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.

Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp leading to the home and an elevator. One mid-level king offers a low-barrier shower and roll-under sink. Please note the pool is not wheelchair accessible. None of our homes are ADA compliant.
