The ground floor scores full marks for entertainment. A game room feature a pool table and foosball table for friendly competition, a game table, media area with Roku Smart TV (Spectrum app provided, use own logins for other apps) stereo/CD player with outdoor speakers and kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Accommodations on this level are two king suites and a bedroom with two pyramid bunks.
Upon stepping outdoors, you are greeted by an incredible private pool area with many features. The glistening pool is complemented by a rock waterfall, and the nearby hot tub is the ideal place for a rejuvenating soak. The pool house offers thoughtful amenities such as a full bath, wet bar with mini-fridge, stereo speakers, intercom, and fiberglass rooftop sundeck that is ideal for sunbathing. There are many options for the children and the children at heart to stay entertained, including a full size sand volleyball/badminton court, basketball hoop, and a private putting green. An elevated walkway to the beach completes the outdoor area.

On the first floor, a variety of secluded bedroom suites ensure each guest's comfort and privacy. There are three king bedrooms, each with a private bath (one with whirlpool tub), a bedroom with two double beds and a private bath with a whirlpool tub, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a bedroom with two pyramid bunks that share a bath. Near the center of the level is a lounge area with a card table and hand painted wall murals.

The centerpiece of this waterfront estate is the second floor great room, boasting elegant furnishings, tiled counters, detailed arches, and open spaces. The living area offers a Roku Smart TV (Spectrum app provided, use own logins for other apps) and surround sound. A formal dining area is composed of two custom dining tables (one seating 14 and the other 10) and framed by a panoramic ocean view. The kitchen is a chef's delight with additional seating, 32 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer, two dishwashers, two cooktops, two sinks, a beverage fridge (with capacity for 20 bottles of wine and 78 cans), a Keurig, and a walk-in pantry. A loft overlooks the great room. This level is completed by a suite featuring a king bed, private balcony with views of the Memorial, sitting room, walk-in closet and private bath with double sinks, vanity, whirlpool tub, and a glass walk-in shower with double showerheads. Vacation days spent at Almost Heaven will not be complete without a trip to the oceanside deck to soak in the spectacular daytime views and color drenched sunsets.

Updates for 2024: Two new custom dining room tables with benches and chairs (one table seats 14, the other 10), a new sectional sofa with chaise lounge in the great room, a new foosball table in the rec room, new rugs and comforters in select rooms, new furniture in one middle floor king bedroom, and four new refrigerators. A large 32 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer with icemaker replaced the kitchen fridge and a wine cooler that holds 20 bottles of wine and 78 cans was added, the full-size refrigerator in the rec room was replaced, and the cabana mini fridge was replaced.
Updates for 2023: New pool liner, new Trex table on top floor deck, and updated landscaping.
Updates for 2022: 9 new Smart Roku TVs with Spectrum app located in the great room, recreation room, and all 7 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Guests are welcome to use their own logins for Netflix and other applications. Other updates include a new hot tub, new basketball goal, and updated front yard putting green.
Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand to accumulate on this home's beach steps and walkway.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Please Note: The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
