The ground level is filled with entertainment options, including a rec room/media lounge with cork flooring that is furnished with comfortable seating arranged around a 36'' mounted Smart TV, a regulation size pool table, and a fully equipped sports bar with sink, full refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and bar seating for four. When the sun sets, escape with your favorite movies to the private home theater featuring an 84'' screen, surround sound, and eight theater-style seats (and four barstools). Sleeping accommodations include a bedroom with two double beds and a full bathroom located directly across the hallway. A laundry room with one washer and dryer unit completes this floor.
The fun continues outdoors where vacationers are treated to an oceanfront pool (option to heat) with inset kiddie pool, poolside cabana bar, cabana half bath, two outdoor showers, two gas grills and a private beach walkway to the renowned Whalehead beaches.

The first level is completely dedicated to charming sleeping accommodations, including four exquisite oceanfront king suites which provide private baths, ocean views, and direct covered deck access. One is special access friendly providing a roll-under sink and barrier free custom shower. The balance of this floor is dedicated to two additional bedrooms with private baths, one is furnished with a king bed and the second provides a double bunk. A covered entry porch wraps around to an oceanfront covered deck, with stairs leading down to the pool and hot tub area.

The second level opens to an expansive sun-filled great room with gorgeous ocean views and crisp white oak flooring. A cozy sectional couch and arm chairs are positioned around a seasonal fireplace and 42'' flat screen TV, and the oceanfront dining area features a grand table that seats 18 guests. The sun deck is accessible from the great room and provides outdoor furnishings and a southern covered porch furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. A modern kitchen overlooks the great room and has a multitude of stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, wine cooler, two dishwashers, a 5-burner range/oven, microwave, and Keurig. Custom cabinetry and spacious granite countertops provide plenty of storage and countertops for ease in meal preparations. Sleeping accommodations include three king bedrooms with private baths - two provide ocean views and direct sun deck access. A half bath is centrally located on this floor.

Special Access Amenities: This property provides one mid-level special access bedroom with a private bath that has a roll under sink and barrier free shower. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: All TVs are Smart TVs except for the theater room TV. Cable access is available via the Spectrum app on the Smart TVs. The theater room provides cable access via a cable box.
