Create vacation memories in My Blue Heaven, a home spaciously designed for those traveling in large groups. This oceanside retreat is walking distance to the beach and offers a wonderful flow between gathering areas and private bedroom suites. There are multiple areas for both adults and children that offer popular amenities, including a private pool with a kiddie pool, an outdoor grill station, a horseshoe pit, and a rec room with a several game options. The community of Whalehead is known for its large lots and pristine, wide beaches.
My Blue Heaven is ideally located between two beach accesses (Shad Street to the north, Tuna Street to the south). Shad Street offers parking nearby and Tuna has a walking path throughout the community that leads right to the access. You can also enjoy nearby fine dining, casual eateries, boutiques, historic locations, and family friendly activities in the town of Corolla.

New decking and outdoor lighting on the top floor deck off the kitchen, great room carpeting replaced with LVP, new sectional and 65" TV in great room, new 55" TVs in top floor bedrooms, fresh interior paint and a new ping-pong table, arcade machine, and 65" TV added to rec room, new furniture, mattresses, and bedding in the ground floor bunk room (a sofa has been added to this room), the ground floor twin beds room has new furniture, mattresses, and bedding (one twin bed was upgraded to a double bed), new couch, loveseat, and 86" 4k smart TV in the media room. The ground floor opens to a recreation room where friendly competition is the name of the game! There are options for everyone, so be prepared to match wit and skill at the pool table, foosball table, bubble hockey table, arcade machine, or ping pong table and then try your luck at the game table. A centrally located sofa, two mounted TVs, and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator round out this fun-filled room. A half bathroom and laundry facilities are centrally located. Bedding options include three bedrooms with flat screen TVs and private bathrooms. One is furnished with a queen bed, the second offers a double and a twin bed, and the third is equipped with a pyramid bunk.
Doors lead from the rec room to a nice selection of outdoor amenities. Start and end each day in the sparkling private pool with an adjacent kiddie pool to keep the little ones nearby. Lounge poolside to soak in revitalizing rays or enjoy a respite from the sun on the pool lounge deck under shaded pergola. Plan casual outdoor lunches at the grill center under the pergola, offering guests a gas grill and counter space.

An elevator opens to the first floor, which is dedicated to five bedrooms, each with flat screen TVs, and private baths. Two are furnished with king size beds, two provide queen size beds and a bunk suite is equipped with two twin bunks. A centrally located media room features sofa and loveseat seating, an 86" 4k smart TV, surround sound, a microwave and mini refrigerator. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on this floor. An expansive wraparound covered deck overlooks the pool area and sandy volleyball court.

The second floor great room is spacious and designed for entertaining. A comfortable living area features a sectional sofa, a 65" flat screen TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace. A half bathroom is centrally located. Doors open to a furnished rear sun deck, and the front balcony offers ocean views. Stairs lead to two private loft retreats, one is furnished with a casino table and the second is a sitting area with a chair and a TV for gaming system hook up only (gaming systems not provided).
A large kitchen overlooks the great room and offers tile floors, granite countertops and a center island. Appliances include two refrigerators, a range, double ovens, a microwave, two dishwashers, a Keurig, a single brew coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, and a crock pot. Meals can be served at a dining table that seats fourteen or at the kitchen bar with casual seating for eight. The top level is completed by two bedrooms with private bathrooms, each furnished with a king size bed and 55" flat screen TVs.

Updates for 2025: New pool table and bubble hockey table in rec room.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
