Lounge poolside to soak in revitalizing rays or enjoy a respite from the sun on the pool lounge deck under the shaded pergola, then slip into the hot tub after a day on the sand. The second floor great room is spacious and designed for entertaining. A comfortable living area features a sectional sofa, a 65" flat screen TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace. A half bathroom is centrally located. Doors open to a furnished rear sun deck, and the front balcony is a welcome spot for morning coffee or an evening gathering.
A large kitchen overlooks the great room. Appliances include a range, a microwave, a single brew coffee maker, and a regular coffee maker, so several cooks can work side by side. The top level is completed by two bedrooms with private bathrooms, each furnished with a king size bed and 55" flat screen TVs.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $600.00.
