A refreshing private pool with a poolside bar is the ideal spot to cool off on a warm summer afternoon, and the bedrooms provide restful retreats at the end of full vacation days. A tie-in to the adjacent community walkway allows for ease in trips to and from the beach.

The ground floor offers a rec room, media room, and two bedrooms with private baths; one is furnished with a king bed and the other with two twins. The rec room has a pool table, shuffleboard, three arcade games (including Golden Tee), a seating area around a flatscreen TV, a dining area, and a bar with a sink, icemaker, and a second TV. The media room is furnished with comfortable seating centered around an 85" TV. Laundry facilities are located on this level.
Jump in! A sparkling private pool area with string lighting provides hours of outdoor fun. The sunshine lovers in your group will enjoy the poolside loungers on the open sundeck; there is a shaded bar area with a sink where you can relax if you've had your fair share of Vitamin D for the day. An outdoor pool table and ping-pong table are located on the pool deck, as well as a gas and Green Egg grill. An outdoor shower can be accessed via the pool deck to rinse off before heading indoors for the evening.
This home is located directly next to a community beach access. A gate leads from the house and joins the beach walkway.

Spacious, open, and bright, the top floor of this home is primarily dedicated to the great room, dining area, and kitchen, with views of the ocean from every angle. The great room is furnished with an L-shaped sectional and armchairs, a large flatscreen TV that is mounted over a seasonal fireplace, and comfortable coastal decor throughout. Multiple dining areas allow the entire group to enjoy a meal together at one of the two dining tables or the kitchen island with additional counter-height seating. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island that is the perfect spot to prepare and set out the ready-to-eat meal for everyone to gather around. Steps from the great room lead up to a loft where you'll find a desk/office nook.
The king bedroom on this level offers peaceful ocean views, an ocean facing sitting area with two armchairs, a flatscreen TV, direct access to a private deck, and a private bath with double vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/04/2024 - 09/21/2024. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pool: Heated by propane. Max. temp is 85 degrees.

Updates for 2023: The outdoor rec room enclosed and furnished with LVP flooring, an indoor pool table, shuffleboard, a seating area around a flatscreen TV, a dining area, and a bar area with a sink and icemaker, and a second TV. The arcade games located in the loft moved to the ground floor rec room, a Golden Tee arcade game added. Media room added to the ground floor with a large flatscreen TV and comfortable seating. The outdoor pool table and ping-pong table moved out to the covered pool area. The shared bathrooms in the ground floor twins bedroom and the first floor king bedroom converted to private baths for those bedrooms. The first floor king bedroom now has a private bath. There are 7 private baths for the 2023 season. String lights added to pool area. Custom 8 ft. bar with sink added to 2nd floor oceanview deck.
