Outdoors, soak up the sunshine or stretch out in the shade in the backyard, which features a private pool, hot tub, cabana bar, and two outdoor showers for rinsing off after a swim. Stairs lead from the pool area to the dune top deck, the most peaceful place to enjoy ocean views and sweet salt air. The dune deck can also be accessed from the mid-level deck.
Indoors, you'll find a rec room with pool table, foosball and bar seating, as well as a kitchenette that includes a full-size refrigerator, cook top (two burners), dishwasher, icemaker, Keurig, and microwave, ideal for keeping snacks and cold drinks close to the pool. A full bath with shower connects to the rec room, and also has a door that leads to the pool area for convenience. Laundry facilities are also available. Bedding includes a bedroom with three pyramid bunks (twin-over-full) with a private bath, as well as a special access king bedroom with a private bath that has a roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bars.

The middle level offers kings with ocean views, private baths, and sliding door access to covered decks, so mornings can begin with the sound of the surf just beyond the railing. There are two bedrooms each with two twins that share a hall bath, as well as an oceanview den with sleep sofa, and a second full hall bath. A media room with wrap-around sofa and large TV rounds out this floor, the perfect place to unwind for movie night!

The open great room incorporates a spacious living area with comfortable furnishings, as well as a dining area and kitchen bar that collectively seat 22. The open concept kitchen is ready for group cooking, featuring two refrigerators and a separate freezer, double ovens (one is convection), three dishwashers, two microwaves, two wine coolers, and a Keurig. Kings with private baths are also located on this level, one of which has ocean views and sliding door access to the top floor deck.

Pool Season: The private pool is open 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027. Pool heat is available for $800.00.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted golf fees.
Special Access Amenities: The ground floor king has a bath with roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bars. This room also has a separate entrance directly to the driveway for ease of access. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Community Note: Community tennis is available for guests. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
