Located in South Nags Head where limited development to the west means less crowded beaches, you'll enjoy proximity to the Outer Banks Pier, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, plus iconic sights and restaurants throughout northern Nags Head.

The 42' x 18' private pool serves as the centerpiece of this home's expansive backyard, offering one of the biggest pools in Nags Head for hours of family fun. The pool features a shallow end perfect for children and a swim-up bar ledge for convenience. Adjacent to the pool, soak in the hot tub with overhead trellis, then gather for meals on the patio or in the covered poolside area with U-shaped built-in seating that comfortably accommodates large groups.
When you need shade, the under-house area provides tables and chairs for outdoor relaxation away from direct sunlight. One of the property's best features is its location just across the dune line from the beach, accessible via a private walkway and dune-top deck where you can enjoy an elevated vantage point to watch the waves.
Inside the ground floor, the recreation room offers entertainment space with media area, and sports bar complete with refrigerator, icemaker, and microwave. After games, retreat to the dedicated home theater room to enjoy movies on the big screen. Ground floor sleeping accommodations include a bedroom with pyramid bunk, twin bed, and private bathroom.

Please note that one king suite serves as a "den" with a king bed and adjoining bathroom but lacks closet space. The sixth sleeping option includes a pyramid bunk, twin bed, and private bathroom with tub, providing flexible accommodations for families with children.

Floor-to-ceiling windows on the top floor showcase breathtaking ocean views, welcoming you into a relaxing great room with chic furniture arranged around a seasonal gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and both Keurig and regular coffee makers for all your culinary needs. Three king bedrooms on this level all feature vaulted ceilings and private baths with custom tile showers, with two bedrooms offering oceanview deck access for stunning sunrise views.
Special Access Amenities: This Carolina Designs home includes an elevator for enhanced accessibility. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
Fireplace: The indoor seasonal gas fireplace operates October through March only. This feature uses propane for safe, convenient operation.
Pool Heating: The pool utilizes heat pump technology requiring ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher. If temperatures drop below 60 degrees, the pump will not continue heating. Maximum pool temperature reaches 80 degrees. Pool heating is available for an additional $500 fee.
Beach Access: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind patterns, sand may occasionally cover the beach walkway at this oceanfront property.
Special Events Welcome: This property welcomes weddings and special events with a $3,500 event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit. Reserving for a wedding or special event?
