Splash! The 42' x 18' private pool (one of the biggest in Nags Head!) is the best backdrop for hours of afternoon fun and is just one of the features of this home's large backyard. The whole family can play yard games before relaxing for a soak in the adjacent hot tub. Enjoy an evening meal on the patio or in the custom tiki bar, comfortable for a large group. One of the best features of the backyard is that it's just across the dune line from the beach, accessible via a private walkway and dune-top deck, where you can sit at a heightened vantage point and watch the waves roll in. Inside, the recreation room offers a media area and space to gather. Kick back in the home theater room to enjoy a movie on the big screen! A bedroom on this level sleeps the younger crowd comfortably with a pyramid bunk, twin bed, and private bath.

Decks are a key feature to the mid-level, both an homage to classic Nags Head architecture and a shady place to relax with an ocean breeze. The bedding on this floor includes five king suites, four of which are oceanfront and offer east deck access. (Please note that one of these king suites is considered a "den" with a king bed and adjoining bathroom, but it does not have a closet.) The sixth option has a pyramid bunk, twin bed, and private bathroom with tub, an easy setup for kids or a second family within your group.

Highlighted by floor-to-ceiling windows, the top floor showcases breathtaking views over the ocean and welcomes you with a relaxing great room with chic furniture arranged around a seasonal fireplace and large flatscreen TV. The dining area and adjacent kitchen island bar provide seating for family meals, so cooking for a crowd is a pleasure rather than a chore.
Bedding on the top floor includes three king bedrooms, all with private baths. Two of these offer oceanview deck access, ideal for a quiet cup of coffee at sunrise.
Special Access Amenities: This home has an elevator. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is seasonal, and only available Oct-March.
Pool: The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.
Path To Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is not unusual for sand to cover the beach walkway and gazebo floor at this home.
