Inside, the home is exceptionally decorated, with an open kitchen and an elevator that serves all three floors. With nine bedrooms, ten full baths, a half bath, a home theater, a recreation room, 12 TVs, a private pool, hot tub, and ocean views, guests of this OBX vacation rental will find plenty of entertainment without ever leaving the house. Seven parking spaces, an EV charger, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a highchair round out the conveniences for large family gatherings.

Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp that leads to the ground floor entrance, plus an elevator that serves all three floors.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.

TV Information: The TVs are in Guest Mode upon arrival.
