Two ocean view dining areas feature elegant tables, one seating 10-12 guests and the second accommodating six people, so the whole group can gather for one memorable meal. Additional gathering areas for quiet conversations include a sitting loft with armchairs and a cozy sunroom with two settees, an ottoman, and flatscreen TV. The kitchen will captivate the hearts of those with a passion to cook. This space has custom cabinets, pendant lighting, granite countertops and casual bar seating for six. A host of stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator, five-burner cooktop, double ovens, and two dishwashers. Complete with a Keurig coffee maker, you will find yourself right at home in this kitchen. The top floor is completed with a sensational king suite with a 65'' TV, stunning ocean views, and direct sun deck access. (Please note that the tub jets in the bathroom are not available.)
The Corolla Setting
Corolla sits at the northern end of the Outer Banks, known for expansive, wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf. Beyond the beach, guests can tour the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, visit the historic Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park, or book a guided tour in search of the wild horses that roam the northern beaches. Grocery stores, surf shops, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and gift shops are close by in local shopping centers including Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected back at the house, and please note that no pets are allowed and check-in is on Sunday.
TVs: The 13 TVs are 4K Roku TVs with access to Spectrum Cable, Disney+, Prime Video, Showtime Anytime, and many other popular kids, sports, news, and entertainment stations. Please note that DVD players are available in the common areas, but are not in the bedrooms.

Pool: The 32 x 16 private pool is heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Pool heat cost is $500.00; the 2026 pool season runs 3/29/2026 to 10/25/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027.
