Guests also enjoy Pine Island community pool and tennis access, discounted golf fees, and free high-speed wireless internet. Special events are welcome, and check-in is on Saturday.

The Corolla Setting

Corolla, the "gold coast" of Currituck County, is known for its wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf, along with quiet neighborhoods, shopping, and historic sites. Visit the Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park or the 1875 Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast. Take surfing lessons, book a kayak tour, rent jet skis, or join a guided beach tour in search of the wild horses of Corolla, descendants of Spanish mustangs brought to the area hundreds of years ago. Grocery stores, gift shops, surf shops, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors are close by at Monteray Plaza, Tim Buck II, and Corolla Light Town Center.

Updates for 2025: Second floor king bathroom remodeled, including new soaking tub; new bedding and furniture in various bedrooms throughout; fresh exterior paint.

Updates for 2024: Updated audio and video systems, including new TVs in the theater and great room and new wireless outdoor speakers in the cabana and sauna. A walkway was added from front of the house to the backyard.

Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrellas Provided (5/30/26-8/29/26 and 5/29/27-8/28/27): The homeowner provides 6 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas for guests with complimentary set-up/take down. Service is provided by Ocean Atlantic Rentals. Please note that this service is not available for partial week stays and does not include day of check-in/check-out.

Pool: This home offers FREE POOL HEAT. Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees. 2026 pool dates: 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026. 2027 pool dates: 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027.

Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Please Note: The garage is not available for car parking as it has been converted into the second rec room.

Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home.
