Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrellas Provided (5/30/26-8/29/26 and 5/29/27-8/28/27): The homeowner provides 6 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas for guests with complimentary set-up/take down. Service is provided by Ocean Atlantic Rentals. Please note that this service is not available for partial week stays and does not include day of check-in/check-out.

Pool: This home offers FREE POOL HEAT. Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 85 degrees. 2026 Pool Open: 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026. 2027 Pool Open: 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027.

Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. 2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
