Outdoor amenities include a private fenced 30 x 10 pool with 7 ft long shallow wading area that is perfect for children, outdoor seating (including 6 lounge chairs), 6-person hot tub and outdoor shower, and poolside bluetooth compatible speakers. Guests are welcome to use the 6 beach chairs, beach tent, and beach cart.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located on this floor. A den completes this level and provides direct access to the rear covered deck with water view and queen sleepsofa.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
