The ground floor is designed for shared fun with all the members of your vacation group! The spacious rec room features a pool table, a comfy seating area centered around a smart TV, and a well-appointed wet bar with a second smart TV, sink, refrigerator, and counter-height seating. Having a sink and refrigerator on the ground floor makes it easy to keep drinks and snacks close, whether you're enjoying the rec room or the pool area.
Through sliding glass doors in the rec room, you enter the large backyard that invites you to unwind almost immediately. A 32'x14' private pool (with the option to heat for an additional fee) and a soothing poolside hot tub are yours to enjoy all vacation long. A shaded poolside cabana with a smart TV creates the perfect spot to cool off or catch the game. Multiple outdoor showers add a convenient way to rinse off after a day at the beach. An added detail that you're sure to enjoy are the exterior steps that lead directly from the pool area up to the middle floor deck. The middle floor offers four comfortable bedrooms, including three kings with private baths featuring walk-in showers and a room with two queen beds and its own private bath with a shower/tub. Covered decks wrap around the north, south, and west sides of the home, creating inviting outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze. On the north side, a king bedroom and the bunk room both feature direct access to the deck, making it easy to step outside and unwind. The two king bedrooms on the south side have nearby access to a door that leads to the deck that overlooks the pool and backyard below. Exterior steps provide a seamless connection between the ground level and the top-floor deck, allowing easy movement throughout the home without passing through the interior.
Please note: The top bunks in the bedroom with two queens are smaller than standard twin-sized beds. The dimensions of the top bunks are 58" x 42".

The top floor brings everyone together in a naturally lit, open-concept living space that combines the great room, two dining areas, and kitchen into one welcoming gathering place. Sliding glass doors from the great room and a separate door from the dining area open to the south deck that overlooks the pool area below and wraps around to the screened-in deck on the west side of the house. In the kitchen, a door leads out to the north-facing sun deck at the front of the home, adding even more outdoor space to enjoy throughout the day. This level also includes a spacious king bedroom with a standout private bath featuring a soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, and a unique sliding glass door that leads directly from the shower to an outdoor shower. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
