Rec room doors open to a carport with two outdoor showers, a grill for casual BBQ meals, and a private pathway that beckons you to the dune-top sun deck with built-in seating to overlook beach activities. Steps lead down to the shoreline for daily sunbathing, leisurely strolls, beach combing, ghost crabbing adventures, and frolicking in the rolling surf.

A half bathroom is centrally located. Doors open to a fully furnished sun deck with seating and a picnic table to capture unforgettable ocean views and cooling coastal winds.
The efficient kitchen overlooks the great room and features ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, a refrigerator with icemaker, range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig. Tucked behind the kitchen is a loft furnished with a sofa, TV, and desk with chair, creating the perfect getaway for quiet time alone. An oceanview dining table has seating for ten guests, and informal seating for four is available at the kitchen bar. A king suite completes the top floor and is furnished with seating and a flatscreen TV.
