If you're looking for an invitation to slow down and simply enjoy beachside living for a little while, we invite you to stay at Eastwick. This Outer Banks vacation home has no shortage of coastal charm! The interior design and decor coupled with the amenities offered, you will be in a relaxed state of mind in no time. The fully fenced private pool area offers a sparkling pool, poolside loungers, and a landscaped yard. A private walkway leads from the backyard to the Atlantic Ocean via a classic wooden boardwalk. The inside of the house is furnished with a coastal flair making it even more ideal for a beach getaway with wood tones throughout, crisp white balanced with blue tones, and the east coast inspired decor choices. Gathering areas on every floor, inside and out, will have your entire vacation crew making memories together that will last you until next year when it's time to return to Eastwick again.

The outdoor area offers vacation amenities that'll keep everyone entertained all week long. The private pool area is fully fenced and offers poolside loungers and a large grassy yard inside the pool fence. You can go from playing a yard game to cannon balling into the pool without ever leaving the backyard. Two large outdoor showers are located on the east side of the house; one shower stall has a toilet. The volleyball area will tempt the group into lighthearted competition to secure bragging rights for the winning team! A wooden boardwalk leads from the backyard to the ocean and having your own private boardwalk to stroll back and forth from the house to the beach as you wish makes vacation days that much more fun. The two car garage has been converted into a rec room with a foosball table and a seating area. There are two full-size refrigerators to keep all your poolside snacks and drinks close by. A media den with sofa seating, a large TV, and a ton of boardgames is located next to a bedroom that is furnished with a twin bunk, double bed, and a private bath with a shower/tub.

The middle floor is complemented by a deck that wraps around this entire level, with stairs that lead up to the top floor deck. The entry foyer has sofa seating allowing it to serve as a gathering area, and a wet bar is located around the corner in the hallway with a beverage cooler, sink, and microwave. Three bedrooms are on this level. One king with a private bath, a queen with a private bath, and a king with a shared bath that can also be accessed by the hallway. A door at the end of the east-facing hallway leads out to a large ocean view deck with a hot tub, loungers, chairs, and a table.

At the top of the stairs, you'll find the great room and the kitchen adjacent to one another and a large sunroom off the kitchen serves as the dining area. The great room has a sectional sofa, a large flatscreen TV, and an ocean view. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers, two sinks, and a 5-burner gas stove. A second dining area is built into the kitchen island with bench seating around a large table. Off the great room is a half bath that has a stacked washer/dryer set. At the opposite end of the top floor is a king bedroom that offers a large walk-in closet and a private bath with a custom tiled walk-in shower.

Second Tier Oceanfront: These properties are staggered and set farther back on the oceanfront, although they have private walkways to the beach. Please note the view photo and call our office if additional questions arise.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
