If you're looking for an invitation to slow down and simply enjoy beachside living for a little while, we invite you to stay at Eastwick. This Outer Banks vacation home has no shortage of coastal charm! The interior design and decor coupled with the amenities offered, you will be in a relaxed state of mind in no time. The fully fenced private pool area offers a sparkling 24 x 10 pool, poolside loungers, and a landscaped yard. A private walkway leads from the backyard to the Atlantic Ocean via a classic wooden boardwalk. The inside of the house is furnished with a coastal flair making it even more ideal for a beach getaway with wood tones throughout, crisp white balanced with blue tones, and the east coast inspired decor choices. Gathering areas on every floor, inside and out, will have your entire vacation crew making memories together that will last you until next year when it's time to return to Eastwick again.

Five bedrooms sleep the group in comfort with three kings, a queen, a double, and a twin bunk, served by five full baths, four of them private, plus two half baths. An elevator makes moving luggage, groceries, and beach gear between the three levels effortless, seven TVs are spread throughout the house, free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected, and five parking spaces welcome the whole caravan. This is a Sunday check-in OBX vacation rental, and please note that pets are not permitted.

Southern Shores

Southern Shores greets you as you arrive on the Outer Banks from the Wright Brothers Memorial Bridge, a quiet residential community set on a narrow stretch of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Sound. Tree-lined streets shaded by pines, dogwoods, and live oaks are perfect for walking and biking, and you are conveniently close to a wide range of shopping and dining as well as an easy drive or ride to the shops and restaurants of Duck.

Oceanfront: This property is located on the oceanfront with a private walkway to the beach. Please note the view photo and call our office if additional questions arise.

Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. The 2027 pool season runs 3/28/2027 through 10/24/2027, and pool heat is available for $300.00.

Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
