Designed as an ideal beach retreat, SEAHAWK offers comfortable refuge where getting around is still a breeze. Both the Sea Hawk community sound overlook area and the ocean walkway are just a stroll down the street, with parking available at beach access. This soundside escape provides the perfect base for your Outer Banks vacation.

SEAHAWK features 5 bedrooms with 4 private baths, accommodating guests with 1 California King, 2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 3 Twin beds. The home includes 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, ensuring comfort and convenience for your entire group. Updates for 2026 will add a private bathroom to the middle floor twins bedroom and convert the shared bath to a private bath for the adjacent king bedroom, providing four bedrooms with private baths.

Amenities & Features

This Duck OBX vacation rental includes 7 TVs, 2 DVD players, and a recreation room for indoor entertainment. The exterior features 7 parking spaces, a 30.0 x 15.0 private pool with free heating, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower, and volleyball area. Pool opens April 3rd through October 23rd in 2026. Additional amenities include an EV charger, 1 highchair, and free high-speed wireless internet. Please note that no pets are allowed.

Updates for 2026: A private bathroom is being added to the middle floor twins bedroom and the shared bath on the middle floor is being renovated and converted to a private bath for the adjacent king bedroom. Both bathrooms will have walk-in showers. There will be four bedrooms with private baths for 2026. New photos to come.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
