This soundside escape offers refuge in one of Duck's quietest neighborhoods where getting around is still a breeze. The unique shopping and dining options of town are just a quick walk or bike ride away, and both the Sea Hawk community sound overlook area and the ocean walkway are just a stroll down the street with parking available at beach access.

Amenities & Features

SEAHAWK offers premium amenities including 7 TVs, 2 DVD players, a recreation room, 1 highchair, and free high-speed wireless internet. The outdoor paradise features a 30.0 x 15.0 private saltwater pool with free heating, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower, and volleyball area. The pool is open from April through October with heating available when ambient air temperature reaches 60 degrees or higher.

Updates for 2026: A private bathroom is being added to the middle floor twins bedroom and the shared bath on the middle floor is being renovated and converted to a private bath for the adjacent king bedroom. Both bathrooms will have walk-in showers. There will be four bedrooms with private baths for 2026. New photos to come.

Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
