Updates for 2026: A private bathroom is being added to the middle floor twins bedroom and the shared bath on the middle floor is being renovated and converted to a private bath for the adjacent king bedroom. Both bathrooms will have walk-in showers. There are four bedrooms with private baths for 2026.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Pool: Pool with free heating. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the heating will not continue. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
2026 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2026 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2026 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
