A gas grill and outdoor dining areas allow for carefree alfresco lunches, and the hot tub is the perfect finish to a long day on the sand. Beyond the fenced pool and hot tub area is a sandy volleyball area and basketball goal for additional entertainment. A half cabana bath and two outdoor showers complete the outdoor conveniences.

Ride the elevator to the first floor, dedicated to three bedrooms and a cozy den with a sleepsofa and a TV, an ideal spot for a quiet movie or an afternoon with a book. One bedroom is furnished with a king bed, an armchair, and a TV. The king bedroom also provides a private covered balcony and a private bathroom. Two bedrooms with direct covered deck access are furnished with queen beds and TVs. One has a shared bath with those in the den, and the second has a private bathroom equipped for those with special needs. A wraparound covered deck provides seating and a relaxing hammock swaying in the ocean breeze.

Bathed in natural sunlight, the top floor great room has hardwood floors and lofted ceilings and features a sectional sofa, armchairs, a flatscreen TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace, with an adjacent dining area. Doors open to a furnished sun deck to enjoy refreshing sea breezes and views. Additional gathering areas include a sunroom with seating and a loft with a loveseat and stocked bookshelf. A half bathroom is available to those on this level. A well-stocked kitchen overlooks the great room and offers granite countertops, a refrigerator with an icemaker in the freezer, a range/stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and coffee makers (one is a Keurig). Casual dining for four is available at the kitchen bar, and a highchair is provided for the littlest guest.
