Beautifully maintained and thoughtfully laid out, Pine Island Time sits in the premier community of Pine Island, one of Corolla's most peaceful addresses on the northern Outer Banks. Five bedrooms, three of them with private baths, spread across three levels served by an elevator, so settling in is effortless for every generation. Five full baths and two half baths keep busy beach mornings running smoothly, while seven TVs, a recreation room, and a sun-splashed great room give everyone a favorite spot to land.

Outside, a 32 x 16 private pool anchors the yard alongside a hot tub, gas grill, two outdoor showers, a sandy volleyball area, and a basketball hoop. During your stay, take advantage of community amenities at the end of the road, including community pool access and outdoor tennis courts. Free high-speed wireless internet, five parking spaces, and Sunday check-in round out the conveniences at this Corolla vacation rental. Please note, no pets allowed.

Corolla is known for wide beaches of finely textured sand and clean rolling surf, along with quiet neighborhoods, shopping, and historic sites. Visit the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, the only natural red brick lighthouse on the East Coast, or tour the restored Whalehead Club at Currituck Heritage Park. Book a guided beach tour in search of the wild Spanish mustangs, take surfing lessons, rent jet skis, or paddle out on a kayak tour. Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/5/2026 to 10/25/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/28/2027 to 10/24/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.

TVs: All TVs are Smart TVs with the Spectrum app for cable access. Guests are welcome to access their personal accounts on other streaming apps.
