Rec room doors open to outdoor fun and recreation at the sparkling private pool with an expanded pool deck and adjacent kiddie pool ideal for little travelers. A screened-in porch offers a shady retreat to enjoy coastal views and connects through doorways to the front covered deck and rear sun deck. A half bathroom and laundry facilities are centrally located.
Bedding options on the second level include two charming suites with Smart TVs and private baths, one with a king bed and walk-in closet and the second offering a queen bed. An oceanfront bedroom is furnished with a king bed, 4K Smart TV, armchair, and desk with chair. It features ocean views, a private covered balcony and bathroom with a dressing area, a walk-in closet, two sinks, a 6-foot glass shower with two shower heads, and a bubble jet whirlpool spa. Watch the sunrise from this private balcony or join family and friends on the oceanfront sun deck furnished to savor morning coffee and afternoon mint juleps as the moonlight dances across the ocean.

Updates for 2024: Complete remodel of the ground floor king private bath and the ground floor half bath (the king bath has been upgraded to have a walk-in shower); new furniture, area rugs, artwork, wallpaper, and fresh paint in a dark blue shade in the rec room; all-new furniture in the ground floor bunkroom; new decks and fresh exterior paint in a new gray shade; carport enclosed with fencing; new dune-top deck. New photos to come.
Updates for 2023: Two of the first floor bathrooms were updated with fresh paint, new counters, and sinks. In addition, the kitchen barstools were replaced.

Neighborhood and Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
