Bedding includes two king bedrooms (one has a private bath), a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a twin bunk for the younger crowd. The second king bedroom has access to a full bath that can also be reached from the hallway. Both king bedrooms open directly onto the covered back deck, while the queen bedroom features its own private covered porch with a table and two chairs. A laundry room on this level keeps beach towels and swimsuits in steady rotation.

Golf Cart: Only licensed drivers can operate the golf cart. The golf cart is not "street legal" and can only be driven on side roads within the Sea Pines subdivision; it cannot be taken on Duck Road, sidewalks, or unpaved surfaces.
