Welcome to Southern Comfort, where all of the comforts of home await your arrival. This stylish home offers an elevator, rec room, media room, private pool, and five well appointed bedrooms with TVs, including two with private baths and one with a shared bath. With a central Duck location that affords convenient access to both the beach and the village, a quick walk or bike ride will get you just about anywhere. And as guests of this home, you can enjoy access to community outdoor pool and tennis. The owners of Southern Comfort have provided extras to make your stay enjoyable, including a beach cart, beach chairs, large dog crate, and Le Blue water system. Comfort is what it's all about in this Southern styled home.
Ground Floor

On the ground level you'll enjoy the rec room with a pool table, and a TV to help you keep track of what's happening with your favorite game. Down the hall is a full bath that opens to the pool area, and media room with a 55'' flat screen TV (with Netflix) and surround sound for watching those wonderful movies you've missed during the year. There is also a foosball table, as well as a microwave, wet bar, coffee maker, and small refrigerator making a trip to the upstairs kitchen unnecessary while you're relaxing by the large pool. The garage space offers tons of amenities to add to the fun: A ping pong table, beach/pool toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and an extra full-size fridge are available for your use. There is a beach cart to assist in your trip down to the water, and two outside showers make rinsing off after a trip to the beach a breeze. A picnic table, hot tub, and bocce ball court are also available.

The second level is for those quiet mornings to sleep in or just for spending time on the lovely covered deck reading a book. Bedding includes two king bedrooms (one has a private bath), a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a twin-over-queen and twin bunk. The second king bedroom has access to a full bath that can also be accessed from the hallway. Two bedrooms have access to the covered wrap around deck. One bedroom features its own private deck with table and two chairs. A laundry room is located on this level.
Please note: For 2025, the twin bed that is currently above the queen is being removed. The bedding count for that room will be one queen and one twin bunk.

On the top level the great room is ready for you to share meals or relax on the deck. The great room has a 45" flat screen TV with BluRay and Netflix and a wet bar. An outdoor spiral staircase leads to the ships watch with built-in bench seating, for enjoying panoramic views of Duck and the Atlantic ocean. And with an elevator at your disposal it's easy to get your groceries or luggage to the third floor. The king bedroom on this level is luxurious with its own private deck great for sipping coffee in the morning, and a fully tiled bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower.

Updates for 2023: A twin bunk was added to the twin-over-queen bedroom. Fresh paint in the game room.
Updates for 2022: Fresh interior paint, new decor, and new furniture. Two queen bedrooms were upgraded to king beds (three kings total).
Please note: Fireplace not available for guest use.
Golf cart: The golf cart is not "street legal" and can only be driven on side roads in the subdivision. Only street legal golf carts can be driven on Duck Road.
