An additional bonus is that the beaches to the north of the Sandy Ridge community are virtually empty, so you can enjoy a quiet stroll to the Duck Research Pier and stretch out in the sand on a sunny day. The sunroom provides a space for quiet contemplation. Enjoy the media room and den upstairs, with stunning views over the Duck Pier, a card table, wet bar, and comfortable lounge area with flat screen TV. It is a short bike ride or walk to the center of Duck for dining, shopping and seasonal activities, and the beach access is just at the end of a quiet street.

The lower level offers a living area under grand ceilings and a wrap around leather sofa. A dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, which is well stocked and offers a Keurig, crockpot, and additional seating at the bar. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the sunroom. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, one queen with a shared bath, and a second with a twin and a queen bed.

Climb the staircase to the top level which offers a lofted hallway that connects both sides of the home and is open to the great room below. A den/media area features gorgeous water views from large windows, a mounted flatscreen TV, wet bar, and access to a porch with ocean views. Bedding on the first floor includes one king with deck access, which shares a bath with a room with two twins. A spacious king bedroom provides a desk area and a private bath with a whirlpool tub.

Updates for 2024: All new king and queen mattresses. The queen on the top floor was upgraded to a king.
Community Note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Pool: Heated by propane. Max pool temp is 85 degrees.
2026 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2026 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2026 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
