The ground floor recreation room features a pool table, foosball, card table, Smart TV, twin-sized sleepsofa, and a refrigerator for the best in entertainment and relaxation. Bedding on this level includes a spacious bedroom with a queen bed, two twin beds, and a twin-sized sleepsofa. The ground floor shared bath has a walk-in shower and a wall-mounted hair blowdryer. The first floor offers four generous bedrooms, all with flat screen TVs and deck access. Each bathroom on this level offers a hair blowdryer for guest use. Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom that shares a Jack and Jill bath with a bedroom featuring two pyramid bunks, a queen bedroom with a private bath and a king suite with a private bath and a sleepsofa. The ocean-facing covered and sun decks overlook the pool.
The 1,200 sq. ft. second floor living area boasts cathedral ceilings, a seasonal, 19-foot stone gas fireplace, large screen HDTV, Blu-ray player, surround sound, large leather sectional couch and oversized armchairs, wet bar with TV and separate sunroom. There is ample seating for everyone with two dining tables and two bar seating areas. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island breakfast bar, and adjacent sitting area. A coffee corner provides an electric tea kettle, Keurig, and a regular cofee maker. Outside, rockers line the top level wraparound deck.

Outside, the decking surrounding the private pool and 6-person hot tub is enclosed with gated fencing. Dine outdoors at the picnic and grilling area or relax in a Nags Head hammock or double swing over-looking the pool area. A 3-burner stainless steel grill, and a Big Green Egg are available for guest use in the grilling area. Please bring your own charcoal/wood chips for the Big Green Egg. A comfortable outdoor couch provides a great place to relax with a novel in the shade, or shoot some hoops at the basketball hoop.

Community Note: RVs and trailers of any kind are not allowed in Ocean Crest. Overnight parking in the oceanside community parking lot is strictly prohibited and towing is enforced.
