Three bedrooms are available on this floor. One king bedroom has a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second king bedroom and the bedroom with a pyramid bunk and twin bunk share a full bathroom with a shower/tub. A sliding glass door from both the king bedrooms and the media den leads out to the covered deck. Exterior stairs allow you to go to the ground level and the top level deck without having to go through the house.

The top floor offers an open space with a great room, dining area, kitchen, and an oceanview sitting area. The views of the ocean are uninterrupted, so sitting and watching the sun come up in the morning or simply listening to the waves roll in from the deck is quite the spot to be. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and small appliances to make meal times the most enjoyable. The dining area is at the center of the open space, and the oceanview sitting area is located for the most optimal views with a sofa, a love seat, and a couple of ottomans. A sliding glass door opens from the sitting area to the open deck that wraps from the east to the south side of the house. A king bedroom on this level has a private bath with a shower/tub and a sliding glass door for direct deck access, and a half bath serves the main living area.
